Had the tummy burner for a couple of weeks now but my first experience weren't good because i was wearing it the wrong way round but now I'm wearing it the right way now it doesn't roll down and stays in place better, haven't lots any inches as yet but I'll keep you updated

I'm not at all happy with my order. I ordered the serum and wrinkle cream. The advertising made it look so good. When it arrived it was not one cream and serum from the same manufacturer as I expected it to be. It was a totally different name on the products than what I saw on Facebook The cream was Wlyum hyaluronic boost cream made in China. This product is identical to one I purchased from a well known Chinese site for a few pence last year. The serum was called Tirtir sos Serum, this was manufactured in Korea. I have used these two products every day for ten days now. It has made absolutely no difference to my skin. I'm sure I have been charged an exorbitant amount of money for two low grade products. Do not buy from this site unless you want to be scammed.

I was impressed by the photos of 1 week and 8 week weight loss. But when I read the advert I read “lose UPTO 2 pounds a week”.
So in 8 weeks that would be just over a stone. So their OWN ADVERT proves they are lying!

First of all they come after different names. You can’t be sure which is the company unless you look really hard. It’s a Chinese company as it turns out. I have been unable to return the product despite tying to cancel the order the next day. They said they have sent it and to get in touch when it arrives. I did. Initially they said it’s not possible to return it. Now they say they could refund 20% or I should pay the charges to send it back to China. I guess the only way to be safe is to never order from China.

I bought the lip plumping liquid. It arrived with a different name on the bottle and the ingredients were different too. I tried to leave a review on the Astridpedersen site but although there is a box to write the review, there is no facility for sending it! The liquid, needless to say, doesn’t work. I’m angry with myself for falling for this scam, angry with Pinterest for giving them a platform and furious with all the people involved in this deceit.

Absolute nightmare of a company. Didn’t receive my order I had to prove to them that this wasn’t received by yodel. I have even supplied an email from yodel to say so and still fighting a credit from 15/2……. Do not buy from this company and their customer service is shite ….

If I could leave no stars I would.
Utterly disgusting company.
States there is a money back guarantee if you are not happy with the product and it does not work like it should (hair removal cream)
Burnt my skin almost instantly and did not remove any hair.
Contacted customer services who are less than helpful, said I have to ship it back to China and pay for the shipping myself.
Or they will give me a very very small refund which isn’t worth anything.
A disgrace of a company.

What a waste of money, have been using these patches for 10days now. No change in my weight, just a rash where the patch as been.

Wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing. It's come from China nothing about quality. Nothing like the product that's advertised. Rubbish and goodness knows what's in the patches.

Useless product for ears with no instructions in English or any other language. Customer service unhelpful. Money back guarantee is not respected. I did get a refund after a lot of work.

Avoid this company at all costs. This is a scam company I bought some slimming patches with reviews stated on their advertising with thousands of good Trustpilot reviews and on completing the order you find out who the company actually are and guess what they have really bad reviews and no sign of the 1000’s of Trustpilot excellent product reviews on instagram. I immediately asked for a refund on reading this and guess what the order is already processed and impossible to refund. I have to pay for postage to return the item to china the product also advertised a UK product.

Just like to add that I don't think the stuff I have is not working but I will give another week

Was the product meant have a 'plunger' to get easier access to get product out of the bottle?

Absolutely useless. Received item which was not as described and customer service has been terrible. No quibble money back guarantee Ha!! They offered me a partial refund which I accepted because I didn’t think if I sent it back I would get a full refund anyway. That was 2 weeks ago and still waiting. Avoid this company just scamming people. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star but has to put something 😡

Complete waste of time. Don’t waste your money.

The product does not work told it isn't working for all people. Told I could return to China at my expense or accept 33% refund, all being equal I took it. In fairness the refund was in my account the next day.

I have emailed with no reply, disgusting.
