I am writing to demand an immediate and full refund for unauthorized, fraudulent charges made by your company.
On April 9, I registered for a palm reading service for 160 JPY. I consented ONLY to this one-time payment of 160 JPY.
However, you charged me 6,300 JPY on April 12, and another 6,300 JPY on May 12 without my knowledge or consent. This total of 12,600 JPY is an outright scam and a fraudulent abstraction of my money.
I demand that you issue a full refund of 12,600 JPY immediately and permanently cancel my account.
I am extremely angry about this deception. If the full refund is not processed immediately, I will report this entire fraudulent incident to the police, the National Consumer Affairs Center, and all relevant anti-fraud authorities without hesitation.
Refund my money now. I expect an immediate response with proof of the refund.

I signed up for a $1 trial subscription and I had no idea that there was a recurring fee and I got hit with a nearly $20 charge ($19.99!). When I was trying to log on and cancel my subscription, and avoid being charged again, somehow I got charged $9.99 for a past life reading which I did not want! All I was attempting to do was cancel the subscription so I didn't get charged again and they initially refused to refund the fee for the past life rating that I didn't order. They did finally refund that after I filed another complaint about it and also started looking on Facebook to see if anybody else had run a foul of this company. Even with the refund I still say this is a scam & stay away from these people. I would give zero stars to this company if I could. Companies should tell you if they're signing you up for a recurring subscription even if you only ask for a $1 one week trial. They shouldn't automatically sign you up without telling you they're signing you up. I only found out after I suddenly got billed for it and then billed for another service that I didn't ask for when I was trying to cancel the subscription totally. No time during my logging into the site to find the cancel subscription button that I see anything pop up that said I was ordering anything or that there were any fees associated.
