Excellent & came with screwdrivers which were required! A* :)
Really impressed with the service and quality of the battery, packaging and posting. There was also two of the required scre drivers sent in the package with the battery and made the battery change much easier for me. (I had already sourced the cirrect screw driver heads, but these dedicated one piece screwdrivers really helped.
Fabulous service. I will definitely be using them again if I have any laptop battery problems. Highly recommended! Cheers :)

Awful communication and delivery time.
This is only getting 2 stars because the battery is the correct one and works. It took 21 days to arrive, not the prescribed maximum of 15 days. I asked numerous times for a phone call to which i never got an answer back. There is a TOTAL disconnect between them and Evri, the shipping company they use, as Evri told me the parcel was LOST, yet the customer service rep from asuslaptopbattery said it was not. These guys really need to be more transparent about their shipping times and liaise better with evri

Good Service but Dodgy Courier
I needed a battery for my Asus laptop which was out of warranty, so I looked for the best deal and found "asuslaptopbattery.co.uk". Thankfully they had a compatible battery and it was dispatched very quickly after a no-fuss ordering/payment system. My only concern was when I realised that they were using "Evri"to deliver, I almost cancelled and went elsewhere. Luckily, I stuck with them and am happy with my purchase, but I would strongly advise against using "Evri" as their methods and reputation are decidedly dodgy.

Really poor customer service
Really poor customer service. Battery arrived on time but I realised it was not the right one, I am not sure if I selected incorrectly the model so won't blame them for that, but return was a nightmare. I asked to return it immediately and received a response after 2 days asking for 30 WORKING days to organise return and no need of RMA.....
Went back to the website and of course in their return policy they specifies that RMA is required with 7 days, wrote back and finally after 5 days I got a return address. I sent back immediately and it was delivered within 2 days. After 14 days still no refund so I opened a claim on PayPal and they offered a partial refund if 90% of the price which shows that they were just buying time to avoid refund. 10% fee was on their small print so I accepted but still really poor customer service, managed from China with very slow response time. I can't comment on the quality of the battery but never again from this website or similar Chinese crap, always stick wherever possible to Amazon or eBay and definitely never pay directly without using PayPal. If it wasn't for PayPal they would have kept dragging their feet

Bought a battery for Asus k56cb. Takes 1.5 hours to charge and lasts less than an hour ever when the laptop is in sleep mode. So, really don't recommend this website to anyone.
