Our old boiler was not very efficient, we had an engineer to have a look at it and he said that we would be better off replacing it and recommended the ATAG boiler. He said that they were the best one to have, we went with his recommendation and are extremely happy with the performance of our new boiler.

Was recommended this boiler by a local plumbing firm. Hadn’t heard of Atag but a bit of research showed they have excellent reviews so took the leap. Circulation pump which previous setup gave trouble, is integral to the boiler so covered by long warranty. Very quiet reliable boiler, would thoroughly recommend.

The boiler was recommended by my plumber when a fault occurred on my old boiler.
The new Atag boiler was installed.
It has been 2yrs.now since fitted.
It is an extremely well made boiler.
The boiler supplies hot water and heating to my 6 bedroom property effortlessly.
The boiler is serviced once a year, and so far not one problem .
I would thoughrouly recommend this product.

On a Friday after a service, the engineer said there was a fault that needed to be fixed by Atag who would probably contact me the following week. I received a call from Atag just a few hours later on the same day, asking if they could come on Sunday! So impressive.

I am writing to formally express my frustration and dissatisfaction with both the quality of your boiler and the extremely poor level of customer service I have experienced. My boiler, which is less than eight years old, has broken down repeatedly over the years, highlighting serious reliability concerns. However, what has been even more disappointing is the service I have received from ATAG in attempting to resolve these issues.
Most recently, my boiler required a special board to be replaced. This part took several days to arrive, only for your engineer to inform us that he had mistakenly installed it at another property. As a result, we had to wait even longer for a replacement. When the part finally arrived, we were assured that an engineer would attend on a Wednesday. After waiting over ten days for this appointment, we were not considered a priority. Worse still, the engineer did not show up on Wednesday as promised. When he then assured us he would come on Thursday, he once again failed to arrive.
This level of service is completely unacceptable. Your company has demonstrated a lack of reliability, organisation, and basic customer care. The repeated delays, broken commitments, and lack of urgency have left us without a functioning boiler for an unreasonable period. Given the high cost of your products and the expectation of quality service, this experience has been nothing short of appalling.
