Great quality product with long warranty and excellent customer service.
As an independent gas and heating engineer, I am always on the lookout for good quality and reliable boilers for my customers.
I regularly have reps from all different manufactures contact me to showcase their products and I occasionally install other brands as that's what the client requests.
Since 2014 whin I fitted my first Atag boiler I have found that the reliability is well above the other mainstream manufacturer on sale in the UK, this is backed up by Atag now offering upto 18 years warranty. this is almost double what most other manufacturers offer.
If your thinking Atag wont honor their warranty, well Ive been installing them for over 10 years and have never come across an incident where they have refused to honor the warranty.
As and installer and service agent I find these boiler very easy to install, service and repair. The components are good quality with all brass components and a stainless steel heat exchanger (most manufacturers use aluminium which corrodes much quicker compared to steel).
with regards to pricing I have found Atag to be competative if not cheaper if you take into account the length of warranty, inline filter, chemicals, smart thermostat, scale filter, flue and boiler.

Easily the most reliable boiler I’ve installed.

This boiler was recommended to us by our plumber, we were a bit cautious cos they are not the cheapest but ATAG did not let us down.Very economical anc very quiet the controller takes a bit of getting used to but the info it’s holds is fantastic, the ability to remotely set it is also a great help at times.

Great service from ATAG
I had a problem with my ATAG boiler, I emailed them out of hours and by 8.40 the next morning I received an email from ATAG to say a plumber would be in touch and that the new part was being despatched to him. He called and arranged a time to fix the problem, then arrived as specified and fitted the part. Fantastic service.

A energy efficient and very quiet boiler.
Very quiet, monitors usage, and you get your latest monthly usage. Very easy to repressurise if required. Wonderfully long guarantee, not that I've needed to use it. It has lowered my energy costs. The app is great for remote functions too.

Our plumber recommended an ATAG boiler, he said he never has problems with them and are very well made. We agreed and have been very happy with our purchase. Very efficient boiler
We have just had our 2nd annual service on our ATAG iC Econ 27plus boiler, with no issues found. It was recommended to us by our heating installer and we are very pleased with his recommendation. It is very quiet and efficient and is enough to power 8 radiators in a two bedroom bungalow. It does seem to take a while for hot water to come through, especially in the winter months when the incoming water is colder.
We can't comment on ATags customer service as up to now we haven't had any problems with the boiler, so haven't needed to contact them.

Great Boiler
We've got the boiler thanks to our plumber , we trusted him completely with his recommendation. It is a great boiler, I feel sorry we haven't decided earlier to change the old one. The remote is so convenient and perfect! I still need to work out a few things manually, I am not very good with new technology.

I was recommended to install a Atag boiler by my gas engineer. It came with a long guarantee 14 years. I have not had any problems with it. The construction is very good and not a lot of plastic
