Issue resolved the same day.
Our boiler was making a strange noise and as it was still under guarantee I contacted ATAG to see if they could fix it.
After some initial confusion (the installer had registered it under the wrong address), Nathan at ATAG corrected that and passed our problem to thier repair team.
To my surprise they contacted me later that morning to offer a repair the following day, which was then adjusted to 'in 2 hours' due to a cancellation.
The engineer diagnosed a faulty fan and replaced the part there and then!
No quibbles, fixed in less than 4 hours... of course I am very pleased with the service provided.

DO NOT BUY THIS BOILER AS THE WARRANTY IS NOT WORTH THE PAPER ITS WRITTEN ON !!!
Leaking heat exchanger after 18 months, a technical sales man got called out to it who was going to change the heat exchanger under warranty however couldn't be bothered as he was due to break off for Christmas !! referred it back to the office and told them the heat exchanger failed due to the suspected water quality in the system. This system had perfectly clean water in it running underfloor heating only and their supplied inhibitor. 2 months later and still no one has called me the installer back to give me any feed back as to why they have not repaired the boiler !! they only sell to gas safe engineers and I can't see how they will sell boilers if their back up warranty and service isn't good. its not worth it stay away from ATAG Boilers as the warranty just isn't a warranty I'm afraid !!

This company repeatedly sends me weekly text messages and emails. I never signed up to any mailing list, and I strongly dislike this kind of unsolicited contact. There is no option to block them from texting, which makes the situation even more frustrating.
If harassment were an option, I would give zero feedback, but unfortunately that is not available.
They have obtained and used my personal data without consent, despite me never being a client. If this is how they handle people’s data before you even become a customer, it raises serious concerns about how your data will be used after installing a boiler in your home.
As an engineer myself, I understand advertising—but ethical advertising does not involve aggressive, repeated messaging to people who have not requested contact. This approach is unprofessional and unacceptable.

I have had the Economiser 35 combi for 2 years now and it has been a great investment. Large initial outlay in comparison to others however the savings on bills are huge and the long warranty for me makes it a great decision.
No issues as of yet so I am happy.

Had new boiler now in its 6th year pay for yearly service but it came with 10year guarantee .First major problem I have had and it's so good to call and get a human to speak with !
Was not a straight forward fix but engineer went out of his way so we had not too long for parts (next day) and hopefully now back to being it's usual reliable boiler I hope.

The boiler is very efficient. Instant hot water with good pressure.
Heating also gets to temperature quickly.
Customer care is brilliant to deal with and a great warranty comes with all boilers if serviced.

I have had an ATAG Central Heating boiler for about five years. Recently I had a problem with it due to extremely cold weather, this was quickly rectified by a Central Heating engineer, and it is back to heating my house perfectly again.
