ordered the £50 mega mytery bundle, what came was a small box with very few items, not worth close to £50. wont buy again.

Such an amazing site! Everything was perfect, definitely ordering from this site again!

Was ok swapped alot of my sweets and unfortunately they swapped one of my favourite sweets. The packaging Is nice.

Waited a couple of weeks for order to be dispatched (over Christmas break so forgivable) but when order eventually arrived half was missing. Tried contacting customer support and haven’t heard back after 4 days

5 out of 6 bags arrived ripped

Don’t get me wrong the mystery bags seemed good value hence why I ordered 6 to give out to my nephews and cousins for Christmas, however 5 out of 6 bags arrived ripped meaning I could not give them and have lost out on money. I emailed them as soon as I noticed (21st December) and to this day I still haven’t received an email back. I don’t like to leave bad reviews however this is awful customer service and won’t be ordering again

Over 3 weeks have gone by and nothing has happened with my orders. The customer support is the worst i have ever experienced, and they dont even bother to answer for the most part.

Avoid this crappy store at all cost. I got scammed of well over 200£.

Currently issuing a scam report to my bank in hope of getting my money back

I ordered the mystery box for £50 and i can tell you now that there was not £50 worth of stuff in there. Really disapointing. Wont be getting anything from there again.

I ordered on the 28/11 and delivery received on the 7/12, not A Taste of the States fault at all, Royal Mail strikes led to the delay.
Penny was very helpful when I contacted them to chase delivery
The items have arrived, well packed and I may have already opened a bag of pick n mix…good selection of sweets 😀

Ordered on a Monday showed on website if ordered before 3pm it was next day delivery tracked with dpd. emailed Tuesday to have an update then get a notification dpd are expecting it. dpd says will be delivered thursday yet thursday comes and tracking shows we are expecting your parcel. Trued contacting numerous of times byt noone answers DONT ADVERTISE next day delivery if you cannot provide it

I received this e-mail asking me to rate the service and I have not received my parcel.

I have used this company many times in the past and have to say that this is a one off as the service is usually first class.

Products are great but I was expecting next day delivery and it took a week to arrive.

Great value for money the bags were packed whole range of different sweets

Excellent selection of products. Never had any problems when ordering. Sweet tubs and bags are crammed full to the top. Delivery has always been quick also.

I ordered to Ireland and my stuff was here within 2 days !! So good the only store I could find Takis on and they gave me some freebee sweets in the package really appreciate it will definitely order again :)
