Like everyone else, was thinking that the price and photos looked great and checked that it said refund within 30 days. Being in AU, no issues.
And of course, items arrived looking and feeling nothing like the website.
The repetitive AI replies told me that I had been scammed. They offered a measly refund but items were worth 10 times as much so I said I'd ship them back. To China!!! It was the weirdest address one could think of. 3rd elevator to the right?
Cost me $75.
3 months later parcel was returned back to me as unclaimed.
So furious. No surprise that the email thread I replied on to blast them does not exist anymore. They made their money from all of us and ran away. How is this legal in Australia?

This company is not in Sydney but in China. It falsely advertised as based in Sydney which is why I ordered 2 coats. When they finally arrived the quality was so terrible I requested a refund. I expected to pay return costs to Sydney but after the company trying to not accept my request for a full refund they sent me an address in China to resend the clothing. It cost me ANOTHER $60 to send back. THEN only to have the parcel returned to me saying ‘ADDRESS UNKNOWN’. I contacted them via email once again only to be ghosted.
I’ve finally given up. But save yourself a lot of headaches & DO NOT order from this dishonest company.

Terrible quality, they are not the same as what was on their website. They arrived in plastic bags, when I removed from the bag, the smell was unbearable. Very disappointed, do not buy from them, save your money.

Claims to be in Sydney selling high quality leather shoes / boots discounted from several hundred to circa $100 & below. It’s a Chinese company selling inferior products even an op shop couldn’t sell. I just binned them!! The shoes they claim are leather are made of cheap, stinky material. They smell toxic! Not even worth $2 least alone hundreds per pair!! Avoid like the plague and report!!

Dodgy as dodgy could be;
claiming they are Australian- claiming to be closing down in 4 hours since I don't know when!
Claiming that there products are something that they are NOT.
Poor quality.
Wanting you to ship the products back to China at your own cost to the dodgiest address possible!
Shameful and awful to do this in a different country and not keeping it in your own!

Unfortunately I had to learn the hard way by spending over $400 on what I believed to be good quality clothing. The clothing is poor and is sent from China. DO NOT BUY anything from this site!

OMG! I feel so stupid inthat I didn’t even read any of these reviews before purchasing over $1000 from this website! The website looks amazing and the clothing items look fabulous but sadly in reality they are disgusting, cheap and nasty. I waited two weeks for my order - had to chase - but I knew as soon as I opened the box I had been scammed! The “luxurious cotton” jumpers advertised on the site are nothing more than cheap nasty viscose jumpers! The sizing is completely wrong. There are no labels on any items apart from the occasional 3XL which is not even my sizing! I put this on a pay plan but I am expected to continue paying off my plan even after reporting this site as fraudulent. Have emailed this so-called company and received very well written responses apologising for the fact that I am unhappy and that I will get a refund but I need to send all items back to China which will probably cost in the region of $150-$200 with no guarantee of a refund! Even though the website guarantees a 30 day refund, it’s clear to see everything on this site is a scam so I won’t hold my breath for a refund! Please do not purchase anything from this site! If I could give it ZERO I would.

The clothes are absolute garbage — worse quality than Temu, and definitely not real leather as advertised. Total scam.
Customer service is a joke — fake, unhelpful, and clearly designed to stall rather than resolve anything.

The most disgusting clothes they look like $2 clothes it took 3.5 weeks nothing like picture! I have put a report in for this company DEF scam !!!! What i have found out is astonishing to this company you have been busted!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting quality, leather coat my arse…. Polyester rubbish… and my 2 piece leisure set, poor quality fabric and NOTHING like the photo…
Don’t fall for it, I was sceptical to start but thought I’d try and now wish I didn’t..

Definite scam should have noted the signs - no address , no phone number and didn’t accept pay pal all telltale signs to beware !
Items arrived in less than three weeks from China but “leather” was pvc and clothing 100 % acrylic very poor quality.
Plenty of information about tracking of parcel although the timeline didn’t make sense sometimes but the goods actually did arrive which surprised me .
Chalked up to experience didn’t bother trying to get a refund .

As per other reviews this company is a scam. They are not in Sydney, as I had international shipping too. Took 3 weeks to arrive and the clothes look like Temu clothes. Leather jackets is not leather but vinyl etc. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

This was one of the most disappointing online purchases I’ve ever made. The product I received was absolutely nothing like the images or description—the "quality" fabric turned out to be what felt and looked like thick, stiff felt made of 100% polyester. No tags, no branding, nothing that inspires confidence.
Although the store appears to be in Sydney Australia (I'm based in Adelaide), I was charged an international transaction fee, which was obviously unexpected and raised immediate concerns. The item took five weeks to arrive, and by then, I had already lost faith in the purchase.
This experience left me feeling misled and incredibly disappointed. I would strongly caution others to avoid this retailer.

If I could give a zero I would. I purchased a Luxurious leather jacket from their closing down sale and received instead an item from China that was vinyl. They won't arrange to pick up false item and to refund have to go through my bank now. Do not purchase.. ITS A SCAM

When you read the product page it says orders in Australia are shipped through Australia post but it’s a lie
They all come from China
You need to pay return postage to China hahahha

Very disappointing the clothes. It doesnt fit well. I ordered two. On top of that i was charged overseas transaction fees. I emailed customer service to say that they are misleading customers with the payment fees. Do not order from this website!
