Overall good experience
Apart from having to ask for the parcel tracking number instead of getting it automatically, my overall experience of shopping on Atelieronweb is good. The parcel arrived very quickly.

Terrible service from Atelier on Web
I bought an expensive Marc Jacobs handbag via Avenue K sold by Atelier on Web. The handbag arrived looking as if it was used, there were marks and signs of mishandling all over it and also, it was missing a dust bag - which I only found out when I purchased the same handbag from a UK shop! This is unacceptable and I will never shop in that boutique again.

When we ship orders, we submit items to several checks: more in detail, when we ship bags and accessories, we check that every item is in perfect condition and equipped with all tags and original accessories (dust bags, labels…). For some reason this shipment jumped the control: during the sales period we process so many orders and once in a thousand it can happen. We offer a wide assortment of luxury items provided from many Italian boutiques: it’s very hard to verify that each boutique is doing its job.
However we have received the return without notice, if we had received an e-mail request with the motivation, we would have immediately replaced the item.
So we really regret for the inconvenience occurred, but we only ask you to not evaluate our service based only on a particular case, but in the reliability and availability that we are able to provide in the long term.
Thanks anyway for your report, which is an incentive for us to continuously improve the quality of our service.
We are at your disposal for any further explanation.

Stay far from this webstore!
24 hours after i purchased and payed the item, they wrote me an e-mail telling me that the item is not anymore available. One whole day is needed to check if an item is available? Now i have to wait their refund and the bank will take over one month to do it. In the while i will stay without my money. This is not serious. If you think to buy from this store, please check if the same items are available on other stores. Surely they will be more serious than this one.
