The bag I ordered came within a few days as expected. No delays. There were no additional duties to be paid during shipping. I forgot to put a YouTube coupon code in when I made my order and the staff responded by email quickly to my concern and graciously refunded my % off coupon.

I bought a Monceau Gold Edition bag in black. I was attracted by the design, its minimalism and purity of lines, and elegance. I got to know the brand through Youtube and I also had a discount thanks to a Youtuber. I was not disappointed.
The delivery was fast and the bag is perfect. Glad I bought it and happy to enjoy it. I'm also glad it's made in Italy. The packaging and dust bag are also tasteful and of high quality.
After about a year, I purchased the Monceau baguette in burgundy, and it, too, is impeccable.

I like this bag! Just colour was a bit not like on the picture. I expected it more deep. And dust bag could be made of better fabric. Bag is very well made. Beautiful clasp and strong.

Fast delivery.

i ordered my bag a week ago, the delivery was prompt and arrived on time. The bag feels so soft to the touch. It is classic, with a simple elegant look that will be timeless. I have already worn it twice and I absolutely love it and cant wait to carry it everywhere in the summer.

Customer service, shipping, and the Monceau handbag are all wonderful.
The burgundy color is beautiful and the quality is excellent. In the past few months I have bought 3 handbags and I love them all.

Perhaps my expectations were too high, but I really expected more from this brand. I fell in love with its simple design and promise of excellent craftsmanship. But what I received really broke my heart. I opened it and then repackaged it back into the box and thought about it for 5 days before finally deciding to write this review.

There’s visible white residue on stitches throughout the bag. I also see what appears to be glue stain residue on the inside flap. There were specks on the gold buckle that cannot be removed with polishing. The inside pocket came deformed and one bottom corner was so badly sewn that the inner suede lining lifted up to create a bubble between the exterior leather and the suede lining. There was even a nick on the edge paint of the strap. I was able to take pictures of some defects, but the camera couldn’t capture others (air bubble between the exterior and interior). It just made me think how cautious you have to be when purchasing online. I expected some sort of quality check to prevent this from happening.

Update: one of the founders personally reached out and apologized that the bag didn’t meet my expectation and also gave me a total refund, so rest assured that they mean it when they say you will get your money back if you are not 100% satisfied. I appreciate that they didn’t charge me for returning the bag.

Overall if you can see past all the imperfections I listed and you still really love the design then there’s no issue.

I really love the attention to detail with the beautiful clasp, solid magnetic closure and the other closure, and the continuous improvements that the company makes. They seem sincerely interested in delivering the best quality products in design, craftmanship, materials, and functionality.

Beautiful looking purse with high quality leather, but have had some wear issues. The edging on the front corner of my bag fell off within a few months of using. The interior suede pocket has stretched so that it takes up much of the interior of the bag, and I am tempted to cut it out.

I have bought already 2 bags. I am hoping to get another one, but it is currently sold out.
Quality of the product is very high. There is no disturbing big logo, but you can immediately see that this is high end, classy item. I use my blue Mini Marly on a daily basis and it still looks like brand new.
The bag is delivered in a dust bag, nicely packed. The process is smooth.
I am happy that I can support such a great company.

The shipment was really fast, efficient, and no extra cost. The bag size is perfect for cellphone and wallet, etc.. love the color , very easy to match clothes and styles. Am thinking to get a 2nd bag and another one for my best friend if there is a good promotion!
