Extremely helpful

Contacted the company after a mistake I made in a recent order, they were so understanding and helpful, they got back to me really quickly and helped me sort everything out. Very happy customer

They were very helpful with my order

They were very helpful with my order. I accidentally chose the wrong size, and they gave me full support to change the product. Customer service was fast and kind. Definitely buying again soon.

2 stars for quick delivery BUT shoes were not good and I emailed multiple times to get a refund as I wasn’t happy with my purchase and never heard from them again. Very disappointing

Broken strap

My son only had the crocs a week and the strap broke! They sent another button to replace the original one that did not fit and looked so cheap!! I sent pics and nothing was ever done so the strap is still broken!!

We are sorry to hear about the issue with the strap. As mentioned in our previous exchanges, we did send a replacement button as a courtesy, even though damage caused after use is not always related to a manufacturing issue.

Unfortunately, we do not provide full replacement bases for this type of case. However, our team did try to offer a solution to help resolve the situation.

Fake goods - didn't respond to return request

These are not genuine or light up crocs.
You can buy them from Aliexpress for around £15. They smelt of chemicals. I requested a return numerous times. All emails were ignored. Christmas presents were ruined for my grandsons. Would give zero stars if possible. £90 out of pocket and currently fighting a chargeback with them through my bank. :(
