I ordered three 30cm x 24cm frames. They were hand delivered by DPD in the anticipated timeframe. I am VERY impressed with the packaging and protection given to the order. Each frame was individually wrapped and the acrylic screen had protective film on both sides. The three frames were then securely bound together and further enclosed in a deliberately oversized protective cardboard and polystyrene wrapper to ensure they were delivered in a pristine, undamaged condition. Excellent product and attention.

We purchase lots of artwork from Athena for our schools. They provide excellent customer service and it is always easy to get in touch. We benefit from a great trade discount and the pieces have a fast delivery turnaround. Super happy with using Athena for our art and will continue to do so, highly recommended.

I've been using this company for many years and they never fail to supply me with quality frames. Communication with Sally is outstanding and delivery is always quick. In short - A brilliant frame supplier!!.

Product arrived and upon assembling I noticed the front perspex had a small crack in it. Contacted the company who shipped out a replacement straight away, the replacement was securely packaged ensuring no damage was caused in transit.
The actual fitting of the shirt to the frame was extremely easy and I was very happy with the end product.

I ordered a frame for a football shirt. Courier had damaged the package so I refused to accept and contacted the frame company to explain.
Their customer service was fabulous, very friendly and understanding.
I purchased a replacement and a refund has been arranged for the damaged one.
Would recommend both their frames and staff for their excellent service.

I bought a football shirt frame as a birthday gift and was really impressed with how easy it was to put together. Instructions were simple to understand and the end result looks amazing. I did have a minor issue, however, but this was immediately resolved – thanks to their great customer service. I'll certainly be back for future purchases.

First the good. The item was well packaged and arrived in good condition. It was a reasonable quality for the price.

However, I ordered the item on a Saturday expecting it to be shipped on Monday (first working day) as the website says despatch is same day. I received an email on Monday morning telling me that the item had been shipped, but, on checking the link to the courier, I could see that it hadn't. I emailed Athena to ask what was happening. I never received a reply. The item was eventually handed over to the courier on Tuesday evening and arrived a day late on Wednesday. It was too late for the intended purpose. Very disappointing.

Print arrived before expected date, kept informed of delivery and it was perfect when it arrived. Would highly recommend
