I ordered a framed print for my wife's…
I ordered a framed print for my wife's birthday, to hang in our new home.
This was ordered while the country was in lockdown, and I was suspicious that I wouldn't get it delivered on time. I received it in very good time, but the order was incorrect, I received an unframed print. It took a while to get my complaint answered, but as soon as it was picked up, it was actioned immediately, I was offered a replacement, which I have now received within 24 hours.
This has changed my view on the service to that of excellent, it is easy to judge service during these difficult times, but these Guys have excelled, I have only marked them down, because the original order was incorrect..

Good product, price & service
I ordered a framed print for a birthday gift but received a print without frame. Athena were very helpful & offered me either an entire print & frame, or just the frame with a partial refund. I chose the latter & did receive the frame very quickly. I have now also been notified of my partial refund. Thank you
