My Experience with Athleatsworld
My Experience with Athleatsworld has been great! I had an ACL tear in November 2018 while playing football, for which I went through an ACL reconstruction in September 2021. Surgery went fine, but post surgery I took a long time to recover full knee extension, I was exercising at a local gym then and although my strength was returning, because of Covid in Jan 2022 and other life commitments, I couldn’t exercise for a couple of months and during that time I developed a persistent pain just below my knee joint. No amount of explaining to my local physiotherapist or gym trainers could solve this issue. Because of this pain, I was unable to extend my knee without pain - making regular walking, climbing stairs and other movements difficult. When I came across Omkar’s page on Instagram, I decided to take a chance, since nothing else had worked.
And it has been great! I started the exercises slowly with Ankit Gupta (amazing trainer!), and as I became confident with the movements, he slowly added more complex movements. After about a month, with consistent guidance, effort and a healthy dose of positivity from Ankit, I began to see a reduction in the pain. As more time passed, the knee pain has vanished! I’ve always been an active person, and decided to take up the dance form of Tango. Initially, I couldn’t dance for too long as my knee would begin to hurt. Now after four months of working with Ankit, I can dance for three hours pain free and without a care! Truly grateful for the time and effort Ankit has put in. He has always been very supportive through this journey. Not only is he super knowledgeable, but he has the knack of understanding when to push and when to take it easy. Another thing that I would like to point out is that, after an injury like this, and my recovery being very slow, I had become quite negative. But in every session, Ankit would bring his positive and encouraging attitude that made me believe that the pain can reduce and vanish and I can develop the strength that I was lacking.

Recovery from a Partial Menicus and ACL tear without surgery
So, May 2023 I had gotten injured on my right knee after a game of football when the force of my shot rebounded on my leg and pushed it back in an angle that caused by meniscus and acl to partially tear along with a sprain behind the ACL.
Initially, it was a very tough time because I had already gotten a similar injury on my left knee right before covid happened. I was able to heal the knee and was playing badminton and football normally but, I had not gone through proper rehab and conditioning to take care of the muscles and joints that were affected because of the previous injury because of which, this one felt a bit more serious and scary.
I was not able to even move my knee let alone walk for the first week, I had a hinged brace and a stick to walk with whenever necessary, whenever I lifted my foot, my leg would start swaying to the right and i was just unsure if I would be able to get back to playing as I had been before.
So, after meeting Omkar and his team, I was able to slowly get the confidence back and am still working towards it. It's been three months since I started working with him and it has been good. My hamstrings and hips feel stronger than before, I have been working out my knees and legs more often now. I focused on movements and conditioning with my Coach Ashwin who is very thoughtful and particular about what kind of exercises I should be doing based on the type of activity I would like to get back to, which is Football, Badminton and Rock Climbing. Ideally, I did not want my knee to add constraints to what I can or cannot do.
When you interact with Omkar and his team, it shows the dedication and commitment he has towards his purpose of helping people fix their knees. There is no doubt about that. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone who is going through this issue.
I would also like to mention that, the app system they have for the workout is great, I used it when I was travelling in my first month with him as well and any minor feedback I have regarding my experience with Omkar and his team, I shall convey to him personally as i genuinely believe he is making a difference.

What a journey!
First! I would like thank Omkar for the tremendous efforts he putted to get me back on my knees.
I had a meniscus tear in my knee and later came to know i also have chondromalacia patella which was a bigger issue. I showed it to doctors and visited physiotherapists, spent lot of money but didn’t work out well.
Later I came across “Fitkneesguy” on Instagram and contacted Omkar, he diagnosed my problem and designed a rehab programme specially for me. He kept a check on me after every session how’s the pain and recovery according to that he altered my exercises that was very remarkable for me! Which I didn’t see in traditional physiotherapists they just used to give me a set of exercises.
Through Omkar’s methods in a very short span of time I started getting results! There used to be pain in doing any knee movement or walking or jumping which has now gone completely and I also have started lifting weights in no time. Its because of the pure hardwork and dedication he puts for his patients individually. It’s his passion towards work which gives results! I have had this knee ligament injury since 2013 when I abruptly jumped for rebound while playing basketball. And I recovered somehow without any professional help. But could not play full fledged sport without a knee cap. I happen to injure my ligament again on Feb 2023 and stopped playing football since.The pain I had was so bad that I could not walk without feeling pain on every step. So only rest made my pain less but nowhere near normal conditions.
I met Omkar and was skeptical about online fitness training. I decided to give a try.Yes his program and athleatsworld took me to a proper and step by step training regime.I can say that I am regaining the strength in my knees I once had and will be able to play football regularly without any fear.The most favourable thing about Omkar is he is able to customize his training methods according to a person's needs be it without gym, or app based training. Stronger knees
I had approached Fitknees Athleatsworld with specific conditions of knees swelling on using my legs during activities. Diagnosing the root cause was not feasible considering the location I am posted in at the moment. My aim was to be able to execute my dance without knee pain or swelling and go on treks. Omkar listened and understood my requirement. He considered my lifestyle, food habits and introduced me to a workout plan along with a diet plan to help me progress towards my goal. My trainer Mr. Ankit Gupta joined us in the first session and took over. He not only ensured that I progress towards my goal, but he focused on doing it without injury. There were days when my routine schedule backfired and my knees would swell. Ankit ensured that on those days the session was curated such that by the end of it my knees felt better and more movable. My progress from beginning till now include going into deeper lunges, dancing without knee braces, more control on my knees while dancing than before and lesser swelling. Also, I am seeing tiny muscles in my legs growing slowly already specially in my calves, which is very exciting to see because I have always struggled with developing my calf muscles. The diet plan helped me lose weight and I was struggling with that before so that's a win for me. Although I am yet to achieve my goal, but with the progress I see, I definitely can feel that I will be there sooner if I continue with the routine set for me. Recovery Post ACL Surgery
I got injured playing football and underwent ACL and lateral meniscus surgery. I went through regular Physio for almost a year but was not confident to play football which is when I found Omkar on Instagram and explained him my goals. He laid out a plan for not just for workout but also nutrition. He constantly monitored my progress, area of improvements and now I’m back on the field with confidence. My lifestyle has changed for the good and I’m going to take it for life.
Reviving both my unoperated ACL-torn knees
I stumbled across one of Omkar's reels when I was scrolling through Instagram on a weekend. Thoroughly impressed by what he could do with his knees, I checked out his page and saw that he focused on getting injured knees back into shape. I was glad to see that, because for several months I had been trying to figure out a plan to give my knees a second life. As a 34-year-old male, both my knees were in a pathetic condition thanks to football injuries. I had severe ACL tears on both - in my right knee in 2020, and my left knee in 2021. I was unoperated, and could do normal things like walking but I knew that my knees were weak, stiff and unstable under pressure. I joined fitknees' 3 month program in June 2023 and home-trained thrice each weak, with the help of a personal trainer on video call. My trainer was the excellent Gandhar Gurav, who was always on time, energetic, informative and highly encouraging. He made sure my form, recovery and progression was correct. Based on how my knees were doing, the exercises and the routine was customized over the course of the program. I was also supported with a diet plan and an app. I had an initial assessment to see where I'm at, and a final assessment yesterday to see where I've reached. I'm glad to say that I can do full painless full squats, running and hopping with a fair degree of confidence - these were things I would certainly not have done before this program. My knee mobility and strength has returned, and I hope to return to recreational football soon. The results of this program have been excellent. Highly recommended!

So I tore my ACL in April 2022 and got surgery in May. So I did my initial physio very well and slacked off later. My knee started feeling a weird stiffness and year later and I talked to Omkar and started working with him immediately. A month and a half into the program most of my stiffness is gone and my range of motion increased very well. It’s been amazing work with Omkar looking forward to more progress.
ACL rehab done right
Last year I injured my right knee while playing football and got a complete ligament tear. Thought my playing days were over and would have to give up the game forever. Post my surgery, I reached out to Omkar with my concerns. Trusting his conviction, I started ACL rehab with him. Increased my strengthening and mobility over the course of last few months.
I recently took the Back to Sport test and in majority of the cases, my left and right leg faired equally. In fact, in power/jump tests, my right knee was better than the left one. The examiner told me how well I did my rehab that my operated leg was better than the other cz it's rare and surprising.
My journey from limping > not being able to walk straight > dancing berserkly at my wedding > being fit to play is all thanks to Omkar's support and motivation. Couldn't have done this without him. Just can't wait to get back on the field.

One of best decisions of my life when I joined Omkar. He helped me with my diet which has helped alot and have lost almost 5 kg in 2 months.Then he gave me the best Trainer Gandhar,who has immense of patience and knowledge to work accordingly my ability and pushing me to do my best. Always find a way in which I can give my best with less pain for strengthening and gradually improving my mobility. Never in my dream I've thought I'll come this far and feel strong and have high hopes to get completely straight knees and get my life back in coming months.
Best Knee program!
I approached athelete world in the month of feb and Omkar was able to understand with the problem I was going through. He is the only one who went through the problem and know what is the right solution and asked all the questions related to the knee. It was difficult for me to start the program as it took a lot of efforts; however, Gandhar was patient enough and guided and trained me with the best program so my knee strength can improve. I could not fold my knee before properly as I have damaged ACL and meniscus; however after few weeks I could see the improvement and gained flexibility and strength overall which helped me to build confidence in walking, running and performing daily activities. It's been 3 months now and I have achieved amazing strength and flexibility and also reduced around 5kgs of weight. I Started in Jan 2023, one month after my ACL surgery to work with Omkar, and two months down the road I’m feeling great. Achieved full mobility and working superbly on my strength too. Consistent support and great results made the experience wonderful. I had an issue with my ankle mobility, i needed to strengthen my knee and i had sciatica issue.

I had intermittent knee pain since last year and when I started working out again, it got worse. But after that I got on a targeted workout plan with Athleatsworld and started working on my knees in the ATG way. Now my knee pain is completely gone and I am also able to perform different types of leg exercises at a pain free level.
Right guidance is the key to pain relief.
I went to Omkar Keni with a severe hamstring pull which i got during a home yoga session. This pain somehow activated my varicose issue and started giving me knee pain . Omkar put me on simple exercises which im regularly following since two month and like magic the pain has reduced from a scale of 10 to 2. Exercises like the Patrick stretch, elephant walk, tibialis stretch, bent knee calf raise and poliquin step were simple to do, but effective. His aim for me was to reach the max limit of the stretch without pain. Walking backward on the dead treadmill takes a lot of effort but really works on the knee and as you walks u actually feel like ure leaving your pain behind with every step you take. I started with 30 seconds and have reached to 6 minutes of backward walking.
He made sure to check my postures regularly and has encouraged me to go a step further in every exercise to achieve pain free stretches.
