I still have not received my parcel I ordered it 2 weeks before Xmas.

Ordered my massage gun week before Christmas as a gift as it said 2-3 day’s delivery… still have not received my purchase

Fast delivery, the massage gun came very solid and exactly as described, I recommend it

My products arrived, ready charged, perfectly packaged, exactly as advertised, they are great quality I am very happy with the products themselves. The website stated two days delivery, I allowed a few extra days due to holiday season but I waited 16 days for them to arrive. The website looks as though it is an Irish company, distribution from Dublin, that appears to be a front! They were in fact distributed from England and we're handled by royal mail before being forwarded to an post so tracking was not accurate. I had emailed stating if they hadn't arrived by that Weeknd that I would be requesting a full refund, their reply was prompt and courteous so for that reason I gave 4stars. If you are not concerned with buying local and possibility of slow delivery the products are excellent.

Brought 2 of these bad boys, wow! Great for back, foot, leg pain! Delivery was prompt, no issues. Simple to use and attachments also easy to change. Great product, would definitely recommend.

I still never got my order. I've emailed you and you never got back to me.

Hi, i ordered a massage gun off your website on the 5th of january, the main reason why i ordered your product is because of your “1-2 day express shipping” which is a lie also “located in dublin ireland” i’m very dissapointed that i spent money on soemthing that i don’t necessarly need anymore as the only reason i ordered from ye is to get the massage gun after maximum 3 days as my son had important sport event and he needed it for the 8th and the 12th of january. I’m not happy with the customer service either i emailed about this issue 3 days ago and yet got no response which is nothing but pure ignorance and about the false advertisement i will be dealing with that it’s not fair to say that you’re product and you are based in ireland and that it’s 1-2 working days when clearly it’s not as i ordered the 5th and it still hasn’t came!! also, another reason why i purchased from ye is because i knew since the product is supposably in ireland i don’t pay customs well i received a customs as the package was coming from the UK by royal mail. Very unhappy about this

I ordered item on 6th January and website said I'd have it within 2 or 3 days. It's 16th Jan now and haven't received item or an update

Still havnt received 2 weeks later says 1-2 days says best massage gun in Ireland but came from England had to pay tax on it aswell joke

Haven’t received my order yet said 2 working days over a week now and still no order emailed customer service got no reply

No instruction booklet came with product which was a Christmas present for my husband . I emailed customer services and was asked for pictures which I sent - have not heard back since despite me sending a further email to enquire on progress . No instruction booklet still :-(

Great product. It is a lot stronger than I expected. Looking at the negative reviews all related to delivery I was a bit worried, but my parcel was delivered using Amazon, and I received it quite promptly.

Product not received, it said it was delivered but wherever it went it wasn’t to me. Have tried calling and emailed for more info and no response. So pretty disappointed so far.

Struggled for years mobility issues .my son also has problems tension neck and shoulders. It's helped with my back,my feet as I have bi lateral plantar fascitis.my son has nerve blocks in his neck ,like I say it's a game changer ,so so happy😻😍😘x

Iv ordered over a month ago .. revived nothing ... finally got a reply back from the company after emailing and contacting multiple times ..they said they would send a "replacement" even tho they never sent the first ... and yet again iv been waiting for the second one ..and stil nothing ..... this is false advertisement as 1-2 days shipping .. more like 2 months and the rest ... iv not revived anything.. would never recommend this company

My expierience is very bad.I have ordered massage gun ,with expectations as says on website,delivery in Ireland 1-2 days..A week later still no sign of delivery .Very dissapoited.

fast delivery and good value for money product , ordered on the Monday del was on the Wednesday and purchased for a birthday gift so a really good service . del was easy to track recipient was really happy , thank you.
