Ordered on 31/12/22. Next day delivery promised. I expected item in about 05/01/23 allowing for bank holiday. Today is 13/01/23 and still no delivery.

Item recieved promptly after ordering (placed order 28/11/22 and recieved by 6/12/22), extremely well packaged and fair pricing.
Follow up emails re: order received and dispatched were also much appreciated at the busy time of year.
Recipent of Christmas gift was delighted so made it a fantastice experience all round.
I looked like the best Santa ever, thanks guys :)

Your Website says 3 day delivery and since the 26/12, tiday is the 12/1 theres is no sign when this will be received.

I got this item and it won’t charge up or turn on I’ve contacted you threw PayPal to ask for a full refund of the product cause I’m a dissatisfied customer. 😡

I didn't want to put one star, I wanted to put no star. This company are scammers. I placed my order on 14th December, 2022. I emailed a week later asking where my order was. They blamed DPD. DPD had no information on the tracking no. Athlefix fobbed me off until I asked for a full refund, I've heard nothing from them. I am so angry. 85€. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

It arrived the date after. So very efficient.

From ordering to delivery the process was easy and quick. Genuine value for money. The machine is easy to use and very quiet. I particularly like the range of attachments included. What would enhance the performance would be more detailed instructions on how to use the attachments on particular muscle types.

I haven't received it, amazon said it was put in my letter box, I don't know how they put it in my letter box due to its size, this is the third item that amazon said they delivered which they didn't, I just want a refubd

Ordered my massage gun almost 4 weeks ago, not only did it miss Christmas after it stating it only takes 2 working days to be delivered I then followed up on 3 occasions and what they said was lies. SCAM(still not received my gun and no refund issued)

The massage gun is making a lot of noise, it sounds like something is loose inside. I have emailed support about this problem but I have not yet received any response.

My other half loves it really helps him very useful and the battery life just wow.

I ordered and paid for massage gun 16/12 . The tracking number and order no are not recognised by DPD , in fact when I rang delivery company they have emailed to state they do not have any record of my post code, tracking number supplied by Athlefix or order number. The tel number on web site is repeatedly ringing out and customer service response is bog standard response.. I have also tried Athelfix.ie and same response. This massage gun is available at Harvey Norman's at same price. Can only assume comete scam and have been forced to initiate legal proceedings

Unfortunately my order never arrived. Initially I was told this was due to the strike with RM however I placed my order long before the strikes so I should not have been affected. But that aside the main reason for my disappointment was the customer service I received. Everytime I made contact querying my order I was met with a blank tone and the blame being put on RM and RM only. Not once was there any moment when a customer service rep offered to help in trying to find out anything. It got to the stage when it felt like it was a scam. The confidence was lost. I had dealt with RM for another item that was ordered Christmas week and I received that order within the expected timeframe and I still have no item or information regarding my order. I've since received a full refund which I am grateful for. I do hope you're customer service improves in the future and I wish the company well.
