telephone issue followed up by cust service/resolved very satifsfactorily
Update - customer service was excellent in following up with me about a telephone order experience. will continue to shop with Atlas as my dad enjoys shopping from the paper catalogue and receiving the very good quality products.
I was required to telephone twice as the first customer
male service rep disconnected the call when another phone in my room rang, and I told him I would just go turn it off. when I returned the call had been ended at their end
I called back and placed the order with a much more pleasant woman who was efficient, pleasant and quick.
