Poor customer service
I'm not happy with the time it took to solve the issue and process the postage refund. I had to constantly push to obtain results. I like their products but the company needs huge improvement to deserve my business.

Surprise package having to wait too long on the…
Not having to wait too long on the phone to order. Not like last year. Also being pleasantly surprised when I got the email that it was coming the next day. And I liked the photo that was taken when it was delivered to my door when I was not home. However I think I would have liked two days notice before delivery.

Received the product as promised. Was just a bit disappointed that the sleeves were not also lined with sherpa fleece. Might not have bought the particular sweater, rather a different one.
VERY MUCH APPRECIATE the company response. The sweater is still reasonable, just not for the original reason I bought it, hence I DON'T plan to return a good quality product

With good will any problem is solvable
I have had many good experiences with Atlas for Men. You seem to do everything well and I expect to remain your customer. My last purchase order contained a denim Summer Jacket that turned out much to large for me, besides denim turned out to be too stiff for comfort. (The L size used to be okay with past orders.) I returned it according to your instruction, adding a proper order to replace it with an M size of a microfibre jacket (N109 at the same price), as well as an explanation of my difficulties due to my stout body shape, for instance requiring a 46 short suit. Because of Murphy's Law (If something can go wrong, it will.) you sent the smaller jacket of denim which I did not want nor order. I am waiting for the delivery of the jacket ordered as replacement, not having returned the second one yet, since you invoiced me for $134 without an accounting, when so far there should not be any additional price, except perhaps shipping costs, which so far I have born one of. I am confident that this situation will be resolved fairly to your and my satisfaction. Sincerely, Norbert Sommer
