I can't believe that I returned goods to Atlas for Men on 1st May and I am still waiting for my credit back despite many phone calls I just keep getting told they are running behind......we bought loads from these guys in the past but won't be doing it again this is beyond a joke

I ordered 2 pairs of twill chinos on a friday afternoon. On the following friday the items had not been dispatched, so i requested the order be cancelled and refunded. They refused saying i would have to return the item after it was sent. I asked if the item had been posted, i got told no, it's still being processed, so i again asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded as it was still in their building. I was told no. So i waited for the items which arrived on the thursday, almost 2 weeks!!! You can buy from china direct and it comes quicker!!!
like i said, i orderes 2 pairs of twill chinos, what i received is 1 pair if jeans and 1 pair of chinos. I have ordered quite a lot from atlas in the past, but honestly, the customer service is pathetic and you don't always get what you ordered!!! You have been warned. Avoid.

Give my dad his bloody refund. 22nd of December he returned two coats. We have called multiple times. You have lied on each occasion as to why he hasn't received it. Do we also have to take you to a small claims court? £97 to a pensioner is a lot of money.

Please do not deal with company. They used Evri for delivery and the so called delivery was according to Everi left in a safe place. The photo showed the parcel being left on my doorstep which is on a shopping street backing on to a Carpark. Only an idiot would leave it there. I have a report that the driver took the parcel with him after taking the photo. I now have both companies saying it’s the other company’s responsibility for a refund. The company has an address in England but based abroad as is their customer services. I have spoken to them on the phone 4 times, over the past 10 days, each time they have agreed to a refund. Today I received an email from the seller saying they are looking into it and WOULD I LIKE A REFUND OR ANOTHER DELIVERY
re reply to my review, this is the 3rd AUTOMATED REPLY I have received, exactly the same as the other ones. called again today and told they have had no contact with EVRI.

Ordered and paid for 7 t-shirts, 10 days later received 5. It's not rocket science.
Rubbish service.Look at their reply absolutely crazy,I don't think they understand English.

I had two items out of stock which were never delivered and still waiting for refunds 4 months later.
An Item I had to send back I’m still waiting 3 months later for refunds.
I would definitely think twice about ordering from them again

Like many I’m still waiting for a refund. They received the goods back in January and told me that they were having banking issues as they had changed bank accounts. They were expecting all refunds to be processed within 60 days due to this. I have contacted them on many occasions occasions chasing this refund but get the same response every time.
I called them again for the umpteenth time at the start of June only to told this time that the refund backlog will be cleared at the end of June.
This company appear to be complete con artists when it comes to refunds.
Be very aware when buying and make sure the sizes are correct otherwise you’ll never get your money back!

Their response to this review is a joke, they have comeback with the same excuses and have now asked me to wait until the end of July because of banking issues.

If you are in a hurry don’t buy. They don’t do free returns, they deduct the return postage and have a policy of taking thirty days to process refunds. My men’s polo shirt took a long time to arrive and although correct as an xxl on the label was an xxxl compared to other UK brands. I returned it for a replacement and have waited over thirty days for ‘new stock to arrive’ according to their customer services. I am still waiting. It is expected 30th of June. This is a French company and from my previous experience French companies do not work like UK retailers. Call centres are in London and South Africa. Their website is also outdated and does not show images of the products. The replacement shirt has still not arrived by the 13th of July and I was told: ‘stock may arrive, stock may not arrive, or may be sold out.’ I have cancelled the order and await a partial refund by 30th of July. This company have apparently been in administration and have new ownership.

I returned some goods over 1 month ago I've sent messages to them about my refund but they have not replied to me as yet. All i want is my refund this is how they treat there customers.

I have been a regular customer now for a few years with Atlas. Sometimes they have some good reductions. How ever I returned a pair of chinos that were hipsters I like high waist. I have spent a fair amount with Atlas but not any more I will close my account. Item sent back 2nd June now 28th June still no refund. You have to go online into your account to dig out enquiry form and queries seem automated. They have stated item returned 9 june but refund not processed and wait until 4 july. Not good enough you have now lost a customer. Which am sure you wont be bothered about but makes me feel better. Please refund the £14.99 paid £17.99 but have to pay for return. 30 days to refund too long and no updates on my account since last communication. Update..35 days and still waiting for refund. Now July 8th now having to write to ceo Mark Delamarre . Atlas main office in France.

SCAM COMPANY, appalling DO NOT USE.
This company have given my elderly parents the run around for 6 months for a refund for an order they have acknowledged they have received back. This is now well past the time limit for a chargeback from the bank to get involved. NOBODY USE THIS COMPANY. They know exactly what they are doing using flyers through doors as nobody but the elderly uses these to buy from anymore and they know this. They are a predatory company and will be looking to take this to small claims court to get my money back. WHEN YOU SPEAK TO THEM ON THE PHONE THEY HANG UP ON YOU WHEN YOU DEMAND YOUR MONEY BACK.

Very hard to be understood, difficult also to understand operators. Ordered items all required for the same size XXL, one pair of shorts size small, wouldn't even go over my legs. Phoned to complain, sent back item. Weeks later Phoned again, operator said she would resend XXL. Sent a letter as nothing arrived, that was nearly two weeks ago, no reply. Items they sell are good, but the operation they run is rubbish and I will not recommend or use this company again.

The original excuse was they have been taken over and waiting on bank transfer, today excuse its now 22nd June 2026, is the refund was done a i should ask my bank.
I have double check my on line banking and no refund was done.
Check out thease other reviews they are not refunding at all. And seam full of excuses.
DON'T ORDER FROM THIS UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY

I ordered 10 may 2 shirts on a clearance sale told they were waiting for new stock 1 shirt arrived a month later the shirts were advertised as 70 per cent off the quality of the shirt was very poor probably worth half what I paid don’t buy

If I could give no stars I would. This company are operating under false pretences. They are a French company and can therefore avoid UK Consumer Law. I returned something to them in FEBRUARY and have still not received a refund despite hundreds of emails to them. I have photographic evidence that they were going to refund me in APRIL when I raised a complaint with PayPal, but they have still not done it. Any other company in the UK would have to comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2013 and refund within 14 days, but this bunch of shysters seem to be able to hang on to your money forever. And don't take any notice of their replies after reviews on here - "Lolli" doesn't exist! They still won't reply to emails or calls. This company needs to be exposed for the criminals they are!

Don’t order from this company if you want a refund. Constant chasing for item returned in April. I had to give them THEIR tracking no to prove I had returned it and still didn’t get refund. 2 months before I finally got refund today as told them that credit card was about to take them on. Will never buy from again. No apologies just excuses.

They have owed my dad a refund since December. Keep using the excuse of changing banks, we have emailed and called them and still no refund. Quick to take your money but you won't ever get your refund if you send stuff back!!!
Avoid at all costs!!!!

GOOD job I paid through PAYPAL******INSTANT REFUND FROM PAYPAL******** obviously aware of Atlas for Men!!!!!!!!!

Ignore their reply, just look at the number of people trying to get their refunds !!!!
