Atlas For Men UK Reviews 

The quality of the products (polo shirts) is very good and cannot be beaten. This is the second time I have purchased these from Atlas. Delivery was as forecast.

The delivery time was a lot longer than normal, but the EVRI driver handled with care.
The trouser lengths were exceedingly long and THREE INCHES HAD TO BE CUT OFF. Where are the giants you sell too?

I sent 3 items back in April and have still not received my refund (16-Jul-26). I am constantly being informed that it is being processed but not received. The excuse is change of processes.
I have read AFM response below. My refund has had a status of processing for 50+ days therefore the response does not address the complaint.

I placed an order on 30 June and it appears the package has been sitting in the local depot for 8 days

I will not be ordering from Atlas again until they change their delivery options
We love the items which are well made but I will not have money stolen from me

I Know it is at the delivery depot but it has been there for NINE DAYS. I am taking further action to either get the parcel, have a new parcel reshipped or a full refund. There will be no more orders until you change courier as EVRI are not reliable

Very poor customer service, didn’t respond to any of my emails or delivery never arrived then they wanted money and made threats around legal action
Then a fob off about being brought out so the end refund (after all that) they owed me NEVER ARRIVED
Please avoid them as they will take your money and literally not deliver

I think the clothes are great.
The delivery times are slow and I think this could be improved if they got rid of EVRI. They delivered and left on the floor at the front door and they could have been stolen. They did not ring the bell or knock on the door. There is a sign on the door which says if no one is in then parcels are to be left in the parcel box inside the front gate. Not hard is it!

It used to be good. You would place an order, the order would arrive and you would be happy. However I placed an order in early May and it is now middle July and the order has been sent, returned to the depot, sent out and then lost. I have now been told it is being sent back to the depot and nothing from Atlas for Men.
I have just been told from Atlas for Men that the delivery address was incomplete. The delivery address was Gillingham post office. Everyone in Gillingham knows where the post office is. Evri deliver to the post office on a regular basis. Atlas for Men if you're going to makeup an excuse, make it at least believable, rather than one that can be disproved instantly.

Absolutely disgusted, wrong item delivered, requested a return, items received by Atlasformen on 16th April 2026 - advised a refund has been issued but still as of 13th July 2026 NO REFUND received

I have waited almost 14 days since I requested a refund on my 4 polo shirts that are NOT fit for purpose.
After just 1 wear and subsequent 1st wash as per instructions, the 3 washed shirts shrunk by 20%. Fortunately 1 polo shirt remains unworn so I could use it as a template to show the amount of shrinkage by photograph of which you now have a copy from my first complaint.
The only correspondence I have received from you is your t&c state no returns if worn & / or washed.
I hereby forewarn that I have discussed this matter with Citizens advice, and they confirm that under the consumer act, products purchased should be of good quality after a single wash and especially within a short time frame of purchase.
I have messaged you twice and called your customer services 3 times to discuss.
The last call I made end of last week around 9 July, I was promised a quick solution which hasn't materialised.
I formally request a refund of £29.99 for the 4 Polo shirts. Please advise on the return address to send the shirts.

Update after Atlas response 14/7/26

My response:
Goods must be of satisfactory quality (including durability, appearance, and fitness for purpose) and fit for purpose. Polo shirts that shrink almost 2 sizes and lose shape after one wash — when the care label instructions — fail this test. A reasonable person would not expect this from new.
This is a classic inherent defect (poor fabric, construction, or pre-shrinking), not something caused by you. The supplier’s own T&Cs claiming “no returns if opened/washed” cannot override or limit your statutory rights. Such clauses are unenforceable for faulty goods, and misleading notices about returns are illegal.
Your key rights and remedies
You have tiered remedies under CRA 2015 (these apply on top of any 14-day cooling-off period for online/distance sales):
Short-term right to reject (full refund): Within 30 days of delivery/possession.
Repair or replacement: Free, within the first 6 months (trader must do this unless they prove the goods were fine when delivered).
Price reduction or final right to reject (refund, possibly with a deduction for significant use): If repair/replacement fails or is impossible.

Further update 18/7/26:

Atlas now concede liability and promise a refund. But, by what I read on the reviews here, I may be in for a long wait before anything hits my bank.

My refund paid into my PayPal account today, 21st July 2026. Only 3 days after they said it was processing. Thank you Atlas, but please, dont make me or anyone else squabble over poorly made products. Your buyers should be testing these before you sell them.
Yes, I appreciate the price is low, but a certain life usage should be expected.

this cam FIVE days ago..have I received my refund..have I hell...lies lies and more lies.

The 28 people who have joined me in the small claims court petition have agreed to ask the court for a full refund and compensation if we are all not paid what is owed.
Maybe this will move Atlas along a little faster.

How about telling the truth..where is this mythical and mysterious refund.

Delayed delivery, apparently had problems in the warehouse with backlog in orders, still processing mine.
They will be delivering late and I will be out of the country, I thought they delivered in 5-7 working days?
Apparently not....
First and last time I will be using them...

I do not have patience for the delay and I will NOT be using this company again...
