BEFORE THE DASHBOARD UPDATE, I HAD 2 FUNDED ACCOUNT OF 50K AFTER PASSING THE 2 PHASE CHALLENGES FOR BOTH OF THEM RUNNING PROPERLY, BUT AFTER THE UPDATE OF DASHBOARD 1 OF MY FUNDED ACCOUNT GOT CLOSED & 2ND FUNDED ACCOUNT WAS/HAS STILL BEEN MOVED TO THE CHALLENGE PHASE..
ALSO THEY HAVE SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASED THE SPREAD & DECREASED THE MARGIN LEVERAGE REQUIRED TO TRADE..
WHEN I COMPLAINT TO THE SUPPORT ON THEIR SITE,THEY DIDN'T RESPONDED FOR WEEKS SO FINALLY WHEN I GOT FURIOUS & COMPLAINT THEM ON DISCORD THEY SMARTLY TOOK TIME OF 72 HRS & LATER ON BLOCKED ME WITHOUT REPLYING ME & RESOLVING MY ISSUE..
GUYS THEY ARE JUST SCAMMER & FRAUD..
DONT BUY A SINGLE CHALLENGE FROM THEM..

I bought a 2 step pro account, passed all the challenges with the stringent rules only to wait... Then my payout request is rejected and I was removed from the discord server

well, I've not used it for long and when I tried talking to their support on discord they answered me quickly.. I hope I have a good experience with them as time goes on

they had a dashboard upgrade recently and my accounts were shut which is fine. but when i got my account back i was on phase 1 again which i passed weeks ago, i thought it was a bug or something as they just updated their dashboard so i kept trading like it was phase 2 and also contacted customer service. they gave me a new account with phase 2 and the account i was traading with was immediately closed, but when i told them about how i was holding some trades over the weekend and i was floating in 2.5% profit. all they had to say is your account has been upgraded to phase 2... thats it, no explaintion no compensation nothing.

i purchase the access account which was $5 and you pay if you pass. but they kept charging my credit card. i had to dispute the transactions and won easily this company is one to stay away from

Bought Access 1 step account and passed the challenge but dashboard didn't updated so I contact atlasfunded at discord and response from Zeno was fast. After giving him my details of passed challenge account he send me a link for payment which I paid so now waiting to get Funded. So let's see how it goes then accordingly I will update my review...

Update....

After posting my review in 3 hrs i got my Active Funded Account thanks to fast response from Zeno in discord, so I changed my rating from 4 to 5, so next step is payout and once I get my first payout I will update again.....

So 1 Step Access 300k account have a rule that I have to at least make 1% that's 3k for 5 days which basically I didn't know about before but I have covered 2 days and 3 days remaining after that I can apply for payout which I will update if I receive my withdrawal and I will keep sharing my genuine experience to help others ....

Atlasfunded MT5 error just blew my account as I couldn't close my trades even though trade was in profit of around 2k and I recorded everything showed it to them they agreed it's a error from there side and they will get back to me soon. So iam hoping I get my 300k Active Funded Account back and I will update the situation accordingly...

Updated 22 Jan 2026...

After around 6 hrs iam provided with a new 300k live funded account and case closed so for me till now Atlasfunded is giving me top notch service. My 3/5 trading days were showing 0 coz it's a new account but after contacting support this problem was also solved in minutes and my dashboard is again showing Trading Day 3/5. Only remaining thing is payout, so once I get that I will update this review again...

So I’ve been using, Atlas for about a week now. So far it looks all good, and I enjoy using it. I accidentally breached a consistency rule so I have to make 3k more to cash out. I’m looking at the reviews now, and it seems weird that most people aren’t receiving payments. I haven’t gotten a first payment yet but also I need to make some more first. I know this is a newer prop firm, and it seems like a lot of the issues are internal, and not totally neglecting payments or anything. I think it would be helpful for people to see more wins, and if atlas could provide with more it would honestly be great. Anyways, I like the platform, but I’m also a little bit skeptical 😂

I bought the access one step account type I paid the 10 EUR via credit card and after I passed the challenge I didn't receive any notification about passing the challenge even my dashboard was not updated with the trade's I took and after sending a message to the support they said they accept only via crypto payments of course that sounded so sketchy to me so I didn't continue so bad prop firm do not recommend

I bought a challenge phase for this prop firm everything went well at time im gainning Funds and all of the sudden they went through migration update they change my and lost everything, until now the new account won't connect. I ask for a refund and they said unrefundable, how can you not refund if the account is not connecting, I screenshot everything they need and there is still no follow up, very disappointed on this.

When you rebranded Atlas Funded, the old dashboard was still working for some time. But after the new dashboard look was released, my dashboard stopped logging in completely.

Kamal told me to reset my password. When I tried that, it showed that my account has been breached due to max drawdown being crossed. But my account was part of the Atlas Promotion with 0 max drawdown, which I purchased in July 2025.

When I informed Kamal about this, he said the system is still syncing accounts and that everything will be fixed in a few days, and not to worry. if my account was truly breached, my TradeLocker would have logged out — but I am still logged in and my trades are running normally. but now i cannot place more trades as it says only closing trades i s allowed ..after rebrand dashobard new lookk it says you have breeched your max drawdown of 45000 but it was 0 bcz i nought it in 0 max drawdown promotion i have every screen shot as a proof thats it had 0 till some days ago but it says account btrecched but if it is brecched tradelocker gets lgged out but it is not and you have heired new support embers which says that account is breeched but yesterday khamal who is your old member told that system is syncing ......what the mess is this i want to trade resync your account or give me my money back ..... the email by which i have posted this is not my emial on whihc acccount was bought byt account number is provided and can also give every screen shot that it had 0 amx drawdown
