If I had known about the issue of purchasing their instant account I couldn't have gone ahead to purchase one myself, it's been more than 24hrs I purchased one and the only response I'm getting from the customer support is to wait 72hrs,everything seems clear now with the email sent stating migration and now having this issue says they're about to disappear

This is a huge scam. Support only responds when they have time, they have fake promotions on the site, and I've never had a problem. I've had a dispute since November 28th following the major global outage. The Second Life was triggered because my Instant account was $6,000 too low, and since then they've been telling me my claim is pending! Three weeks. Not to mention three Access 1-Step accounts that are validated but don't appear in the console!
Stay away! It's a complete scam.
The support service is useless!

I recently participated in one of Atlas Funded’s giveaways and the experience has been nothing but smooth. Their communication was clear, the instructions were straightforward, and the support team responded quickly whenever I reached out.

From what I’ve seen so far, Atlas Funded runs things professionally and transparently. I’m impressed with how organized their process is, especially compared to many other prop firms out there. Looking forward to getting started with the account and continuing the journey with them.

Myself and many other paid traders with active and unfulfilled account orders were booted from their Discord this morning after admins were overwhelmed with constructive criticism from virtually everyone present. Days of ambiguity and disingenuous false promises regarding a "migration" to a new dashboard had frustrated everyone and has turned this potentially once trustworthy prop firm into a bucket shop overnight.

Their reaction to the criticism was to systematically boot and block everyone from the Lounge chat one by one 1984 censorship style. I watched and waited for about 8 hours in the chat reading and observing the rising resentment towards the organization for their incompetence in handling the situation. Some had accounts paid for 7-10 days still without account credentials or access.

I was ignored by both the chat admin and Sharif from web chat when asking about the sudden copy trading policy and the implications of payouts and accounts being arbitrarily breached how it affects traders other than Sharif pointing blankly again to the rule with no intelligent reply. The question was simply "when did the rule change specifically".

The passive aggressive attitude shown by members of the organization to myself and countless others always marks the turning point and downfall of once decent firms as they go the way of the dime-a-dozen bucket shop drunk on their own hubris.

I assure the reader that none of this is an embellishment. I'm just good at conveying sentiment to where the reader can literally feel my agitation. To finish off this diatribe, I will note that at the bottom of this page I am being asked by Trust Pilot to confirm that this review is based on a genuine experience and that I haven't been "incentivized" to write it. I do have an incentive. The incentive was the entire experience. When AtlasFunded asks me "who radicalized you?" clutching their pearls in feigned horror I will lean in and whisper: "You did".

At the time of writing this they still have $520 I paid them for the account under the fully traceable order of 160869 and I am considering this theft and/or fraud for services not rendered and pursuing it as such.

I know there are others coming to Trust Pilot after today's dumpster fire of incompetence and I can be reached at AFclassactionatoutlookdotcom for those interested in tar and feathering crooks that have grown too big for their britches. To finalize this admittedly scathing review you will also find that they have posted a completely fake telephone number at the bottom of the Privacy Policy page.

Very poor customer service actually the worse customer service I ever experienced

I had a very negative experience with Atlas. The platform caused me to miss two full trading days due to issues on their side, and throughout that time they failed to provide timely updates or transparency. Instead, they continued pushing sales and promotions while users were unable to trade.

When I raised this concern politely in their Discord — on behalf of all users — they banned me from the group instead of responding. This kind of behaviour is completely unprofessional and shows a lack of accountability.

I cannot recommend this service to anyone based on my experience. Users deserve a platform that communicates honestly, fixes issues promptly, and does not silence customers for asking reasonable questions.

First they kicked me out of the discord saying I was spreading false information because they had the weekend for “migration” then waited a whole trading day for an update, and received non. Then I leave a review and atlas reply’s to it saying to email them about it so I can be resolved. And when I did so, who ever replied said I had to wait still for migration to complete… lolll am I tripping? Or this prop firm fake asfck?

I bought a funded account and needed access the same day, but I never received my credentials. On top of that, the customer service was extremely poor. Compared to other prop firms—where you get your account immediately after purchasing—this experience was disappointing. Here, they make you wait without giving any updates, and they don’t respond when you reach out for help.
This was my first time buying an account and using their services, and I already regret it before even getting started. If this is the service at the very beginning, I can’t imagine what issues I might face moving forward. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience.

Updates: I edit my review cause now it’s been more than 24 hours and I still haven’t received neither my account nor my refund yet and they are not responding, in result I missed two trading days and opportunities, wanna go through what I went, have a taste of their service.

Could not even start with an account. They took the money and no account created. Customer service is terrible dissmissive and vague. Definitely not supervised by anyone.
For prop firms, it is all about customer service.

The new dashboard is not accurate and i cannot seem to place trades on matchtrader

It has been a wonderful prop firm, fast payouts, 95% profit split and some 50% off on costs. I'm really looking forward to becoming a long term user of the platform.

I don't want to call you a scam because I have used your services before, but your support team is slow or completely unable to communicate with your customers. I purchased a $5000 9 days ago, paid via crypto and waited for the credentials, you state that they should be sent within 48hours. Past that time I jumped in to launching an official complaint, your team assured me that within 24-48hours I will have received the account. It's now 9 days, no credentials and no any serious communication, all I get is that the systems are being updated with no commitment at all on when I should recieve the credentials. One of your team members even said I should hang in the balance meaning I can receive them or not. I am dissapointed and frustrated after introducing all my students to Atlas Funded!

I’ve had a smooth experience with Atlas Funded. Their platform is easy to use, payouts are quick, and the rules are straightforward. Customer support is excellent — especially Zeno, who is always responsive and helpful. A solid prop firm for serious traders.
