Overall

Overall, the app seems to work well. However, it lost a transcript, so I had to have the program transcribe it again, which meant I had to use more transcription credit time, which is already priced at premium.
While annoying, I figured I would just contact the support team, and they would just be able to credit it back. The customer support was dreadful. Essentially, I had to prove that I didn’t have the transcript. The support representative spoke like I was an inconvenience and didn’t know what I was talking about. Even after I explained that I couldn’t share my full screen because I had confidential information on my system.
I would suggest going with a more reliable program. It’s honestly not worth the headache

May be okay when it works

May be okay when it works. Even though it says their 5-day trial has "no functional limitations", it's so restricted, it's useless. Individual documents are restricted to under 500 words; you can't upload projects from desktop. I mean, how is that a showcase of their functionality?

Below is what they're saying about their trial which I found not to be the case.

"Trial License Limitations

A trial license lets you explore these apps with no functional limitations for up to five days within a 20-day period.
After the expiration of the trial license, the program defaults to a restricted version that still lets you view projects of any size and lets you create and use projects of limited size (10 documents, 50 quotations, 25 codes, 2 memos).
If you already have an active license or had a trial version before, no new trial version can be obtained."
