Excellent service
The team at Montego Bay was very helpful to my wife and I. We had a wedding to attend to in Negril. Even though it would have taken an hour to have a car ready, in less than 20 minutes we were on our way. We ended up reaching the wedding on time. Thank you Alamo!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Jamaica. And, we rode in style thanks to the brand new car provided by Enterprise Car Rental. The staff were friendly, professional and courteous, especially Ramone and the guy who dropped us off at the airport terminal when we returned the car.

I've been renting cars in Jamaica at least twice per year for the last three years. This has been the best experience by way of staff and inventory yet. I will continue to come here first on my future travels. And trust me, there are some very bad rental car agencies that I've used in the past. I don't think you will be disappointed if you try this service.

Alamo's Ramone and Orlando are spectacular at Kingston Normal Manley Airport
I recently checked in to Alamo at the Kingston Normal Manley airport and was overwhelmed with the care and love of Ramone and Orlando representing Alamo. ,
Not only were they thoughtful and attentive, they offered upgrades as options for a better experience and did not try to ram in down our throat.
Ramone walked to our rental and waited and chatted happily with us whilst we got situated.
I without reservations would recommend Alamo at NMA (Kingston) to anyone especially when Ramone and Orlando are behind the desk. It is love, caring and customer centricity at its finest.
