Excellent customer service representative Shane!
I guess, this is the way to go.
My wife and I do travel a lot to different countries, some twice per year. I always rent a car no matter what side of the road to drive on. Anyway, I never met an agent like Shane ever or anywhere. I am a family member to two enterprise employees, both in USA and London, England. And they are not as effective as Shane.
He display nothing but empathy, he treated as Jamaican visitors and not US currency. He shows caring and concerns in us getting a great car, ways to get around, and navigate through kingston. I don’t know if we would be lucky to, run into him when we returned the car, but by a greater power we did.
Shane and Penelope together are great as a team, If Shane needs further assistance she’s helps without any negative body language. As a customer I do think it is my duty to recommend friends and family to Alamo Kingston Norman Manley Airport, and to ask for Shane. He is the best ever, great genuine and sincere person. Two thumbs up for Shane and Penelope.
