The rental car process was quick and easy. At first I thought the vehicle was too small, but then I loved it because it was just for me and I didn't tag along the children. I will recommend this car rental company. Good customer service.

My last rental took a while to process; apparently due to a defective credit/debit card machine. The machine kept declining my card even though my bank advised me that everything was in order. That has happened before and every time it does it throws off my schedule. Besides that I’m quite satisfied with the service.

I must say, my experience with the ATL team at Norman Manley Intl. Airport was exceptional. I must directly speak of the person I interacted with, Marsha. The customer service I received from Marsha was FLAWLESS! So good was the service that I have already made reservations for my next trip.

I had a great experience with ATL Enterprise Car rental in Jamaica. The car was clean, ready on time and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The daily rate was also reasonable ( for Jamaica) I'd rent from them again.

The Enterprise Montego Bay team was exceptional. I truly appreciated the attention to detail that was given to me and my preferences. The team was polite and made sure that I was more than comfortable before leaving the airport. As it being my first time with a car rental, I can assure you that this I the team to handle all your rental needs. Team member Richardo ensured that I was okay with vehicle and made sure to remind me of the road rules (left hand drive) :). This team is great and their positivity was duly noted.
