Friendly helpful staff who go overboard to give you a great experience. I have used them at both the Kingston and Montego Bay locations. the cars are always in good condition and I feel comfortable driving them on the roads in Jamaica. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is used to Enterprise in the USA.

Excellent Customer Service
Kimberley and Cavell were courteous, helpful and aware. I was very impressed by their level of customer service; a rarity in this environment.
The car was extremely clean and in very good order.
The process was seamless and the price reasonable.
I will *definitely* these services again soon.

Excellent customer service and great value for money
I have had slightly poor experience from enterprise in Canada but this rental with enterprise Jamaica pushed me back to enterprise. Kimberle who handled my rental was very attentive and went over and beyond to make sure I wasn’t paying for anything I didn’t need whilst making sure I had all I needed. We need more great services like this and hoping to use Enterprise again when I am in Jamaica.
