I received a first class service from the team and was very impressed with their professionalism. They were very accommodating when I requested to change vehicles last minute and it was a quick and easy process.

Even down to dropping me back to the airport with my luggage after dropping off the vehicle, I found to be very thoughtful and something I have not received before from an airport car rental company.

This was my first trip to Jamaica and was unsure which car rental company to use, I emailed several companies prior to booking an ultimately decided to go with Enterprise (ATL Automotive Car Rental). Mark the General Manager is who responded to my email, he answered all of my many questions & emails, he was great!! Everything went very smoothly from the pick in Kingston to the drop off in Montego Bay. The two ladies in the Kingston airport location (sorry, I can't remember their names) were so sweet and a pleasure to work with 😊... The gentleman we met when returning the vehicle was also very nice... The SUV was exactly as described to me when booking, it was pretty much brand new.. We will definitely be reaching out to you when we book our next trip!! Thanks again for all your help with the rental.

My experience was very positive. The car was new, clean and ready to go when I arrived at the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful - showing me all the basic functions of the car & providing the paperwork. Would definitely rent here again.

Enterprise Car Rental at the Montego Bay Jamaica airport is far and away the best rental experience of my life! The professionalism and attention to details should be a case study for all such companies to emulate. The vehicle was clean and performed beautifully on the less than smooth roads of Jamaica. I will certainly be using their services whenever I travel to Jamaica from The Bahamas again! Special kudos to Andre who worked the counter upon our arrival!

Professional and friendly customer service

Entire experience was exceptional. The Team is very focused on customer service and are very knowledgeable and interested in your satisfaction. I rent cars twice a month all year long in the US and the Team in MoBay are the best, by far!
