The rental experience was terrific from reservation to drop off. The Montego Bay Jamaica agents were all professional and helpful. It was very convenient to have the car dropped off at our hotel. Of several rentals in Jamaica, this car was the best. I definitely would use National for my next journey in Jamaica.

Enterprise Montego Bay, Jamaica location is consistent with their topnotch customer service. During this trip, Keith assisted me from start to finish with my car rental transaction/return who was very helpful and professional. The car I received was practically brand new and was very clean. During my rental I received a courtesy phone call from Enterprise asking how my experience is going with the car I rented and asked if I needed any additional assistance. This company cares and it shows. Due to my seamless experience and the reliability of Enterprise, this company will always be my first choice for car rentals in Jamaica.

Our car rental experience in Jamaica…
Our car rental experience during our two weeks in Jamaica was excellent. The staff were very professional and friendly, and ensured that I knew essential elements of the agreement before we set off. When I returned the car, the staff checked us in quickly and Shane even offered to drive us to the departure gate - very convenient as the rental car lot is some distance from the entrance. Overall we were extremely satisfied with the service, and thankful it was hassle-free experience. Thankfully I didn’t need to use roadside assistance and didn’t have any accidents, so I can’t comment on those aspects of your service.
