Fast, easy, efficient with excellent service and nice new cars.

Being greeted with warm smiles and genuine determination to start off my vacation on a good footing was well received. Staff was courteous and friendly.Process was fast and efficient, questions answered promptly and courteously. The outdoor staff doing the vehicle delivery was knowledgeable, fast and friendly. This is what service is all about, knowing the product, selling it with a smile and professionalism. GREAT EXPERIENCE IN AND OUT. Absolutely money well spent.

Renting from ATL Automotive Car Rental was an awesome experience. The car was clean, performed as expected and there were absolutely no issues. The car (Kia Picanto) is also very good on fuel. It handles well and is a very smooth drive for a small car.
I'm not sure if it is possible but it might be worth considering a small desk at Sandals or Beaches Negril at which cars can be booked, picked up or dropped off.
Thank you for the experience and i will definitely be booking again.

I was fortunate enough to have Richardo at my service for pickup and drop off.  I must say he was extremely efficient, professional and friendly. Enterprise has a great team member who has the same qualities that I look for in an employee. 

Further, the vehicle I received was in great like new condition.

It was my first time renting with Enterprise Jamaica and it definitely won’t be my last. From booking the car, to picking up and dropping off the experience was excellent!
I can safely say that I was completely satisfied. The car performed well, it was clean, I truly enjoyed it. Personally I was never a fan of the Honda City but after having one for the weekend, I am now a fan.

I have traveled with my extended family to Jamaica for the Christmas holidays for 35 years. I have rented a car in Montego Bay for at least two weeks every one of those years.

I generally look for the cheapest price, and have rented from all sorts of companies, many who I never heard of before. I have also rented from well known America based companies.

In years past I arrive at the rental company ready for a fight. Sometimes it is that the price has changed, or they don’t want to let me pass on the CWD insurance even though my credit card covers Jamaica.

This past Christmas I rented from Alamo. This was the best car rental in Jamaica experience that I have had. The pickup and return were both pleasant and fast. The people working for Jamaican Alamo were kind, friendly, and helpful. The car was great, clean and in good condition. The only surprises were all good ones, including a call from Alamo during the rental to check that everything was OK.

The customer service was top class, I was treated like a valued customer the staff remembered me from previous visits.

Fast booking and serviceminded treatment in high season! And a almost new car. 😃👍🏽
