ATL in Jamica was excellent
ATL in Jamica was excellent! VERY nice people & great service! I recommend getting the full package of insurance for flat tires and roadside assistance even though we didn't wind up using it. The roads are fantastically challenging!

Great service and value
Thanks for a great value. I enjoyed the use of this car. It did everything I wanted, and I couldn’t beat the value. I truly have a new found love for the car brand. Also as it relates to your brand, I was impressed with courtesy of your staff and how she took time to orient me on the operations of this car. Your service has changed my mind for the better. Truth be told I got to your brand because of a reservation error with another company that fell through and later a personal mishap with my personal vehicle.
Happy to have met your brand and employees and you have a customer, whenever I need a car, for the long haul.

The perfect auto rental experience
The perfect auto rental i.have had in years. 2nd time renting the service was exactly the same but different agent. This trip included an upgrade worth it. The Kia was clean and spacious with perfect balance of fuel efficiency.
Also the same service counter agent was the same to walk out and deliver the vehicle (love that one person interaction). Ironically she was also available at the return seem like waiting for me. With consignors service at the departure doors. This was excellent.

The staff here is absolutely amazing, they are courteous and pleasant. Their customer service is the best I've received in Jamaica. Excellent car rental experience
The Alamo rental experience was excellent from start to finish. Check-in at the airport was straightforward, collecting the car was easy, car quality and driving experience was fantastic and drop off was great. Every employee dealt with was positive and professional, did a great job and was nice while doing it.
