Friendly staff and excellent customer service. I picked the rental up from the airport and was able to return at the Oxford road location hassle free. Both picking up and returning the car were smooth transactions would definitely recommend.

Let me say thank you to your entire staff at Enterprise Jamaica from check in to check out on their level of personal professionalism. When I arrived I would thought I was the only customer they were waiting on. The kindness, the genuine concern and even though there were some additions to my bill, their approach made it seem painless as I did not include insurance originally (my fault)

I smiled when Andre said now if you hit a pot hole and we have allot of them, so be careful especially if you drive on back roads – that meant the world to me as I felt he cared enough to alert me while reminding me that it is $100.00 if I had a blow out. The simple things that were so personal made this rental one of my best ever.

The check out, my my... Brad was waiting for me, showed me where to park, did the inspection, asked a few questions, pointed me to confirm my email and we were done. No delays, no set backs, no hidden frustrations.

So I give Enterprise Jamaica team a full 10, along with an excellent score for professionalism, courtesy and kindness. And if I must say, seeing Andre and Brad, young men at work diligently and professionally and not playing around behind the counter was refreshing for me.

I arrived in Kingston on Nov 8th around 230p..Exhausted from the flight and the many checks and alcohol sprays received I swear I was intoxicated by the time I got to Alamo for my car..(no complaints, I was very impressed with all these checks and balances as it relates to Covid19 at the airport) . Greeted by a smiling Gentleman Mr. Devar. He looked up my reservation, he was very professional, courteous and answered all the many questions I threw his way. I received a clean car with a full tank of gas * the norm) and was given clear instructions on what to do upon returning my rental. Surprisingly, on the day of my return, Mr. Devar was there again to greet me for the return of my rental. He was still smiling and acted very professional. Returning the car took less than 3 minutes...most of which was a walk around. Thanks guys for your courtesy and a BIG SHOUT OUT TO DEVAR! Fantastic customer service.

Renting a car here was great!

I called 1 hour in advance to check if I could rent a car that quick and I had a few other questions. The lady on the phone assisted me professional and friendly. Awnser all my questions and made sure the process went smoothly.

When I arrived at the pick up location the man at the front desk was friendly, quick, professional and very helpful. Explained everything about the car and explained everything he was doing and checking. I left with the car within 10 minutes.

The car was cleaned properly, gas tank completely full, felt like driving in a brand new car fresh from the dealer. I was surprised how much kilometers I could drive in this car on a full tank of gas! Mesmerizing really.

Bringing the car back. Again I was welcomed friendly and professionally by a lady. Explaining to me every step of the way. Even had some small conversation about the Netherlands and Jamaica.

The Jamaica department is absolutely A+ on customer service. I have no suggestions. Everything went as it should go.

I've given direct feedback to the manager of the Enterprise location at Sangster's International Airport - MBJ. The personnel were courteous, honest, friendly and helpful. They have great, efficient customer service which isn't always done well in Jamaica, and yes I am a Jamaican citizen. Reserved the vehicle, landed, spoke for 10-15 minutes while viewing options and the right expectations were set. Drove out and came back when time to leave. Both getting in the car and eventually leaving was seamless. Made the process during COVID much easier and they do take precautionary measures, which I appreciated. As long as you come prepared, meeting then half way, they'll do the rest and you'll be good to go.

Renting with Alamo was a great experience. No waiting for vehicle. I booked through Expedia and all went well. Price was the same as booked. They allowed me to drop off at the airport for a small fee..so good flexibility. I really like the email reminders they sent about pick up and drop off. They allowed me to extend the time without going into the location. Great customer service!!!!!

Your attendants were very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. The process of hiring the car was straightforward and, returning the car was effortless and efficient. The car was immaculately presented and the attendant displayed above and beyond understanding of the route I had to take to get home and the potential for slight scuffs due to overhanging trees on the route and the narrow roads in the St. Thomas area. Her description of what was chargeable damage while I had use of the car was very clear and reasonable. May you keep up the good work.

I everyone this is Otis I was looking for an Toyota hiace van there four all the rent a car companies all call don't have any but wen I Google and com across enterprise car rentals ATL automotive the costomer service Lady that pick up the phone told me there was no Toyota hiace van here but she introduced the Kia carnival van letting me know that it's a 11 seater that's wear it's gets interested there a have given my wife and family a call to tell that we have find what we need to take the family safely to Montego Bay cane brige there for setting the time an pickup the Kia carnival getting all my information I am pleased with all person assistance for the Kia carnival the AC was very cold gas was excellent going an return radio blue tooth cup holders seat belts the Kia carnival was very clean inside out me and my family is well pleas for the service from this company from the costomer service to pickup at airport was excellent 100 percent I will recommend anyone from overseas are local to try the enterprise car rentals company am pleased

Great service and help during these covid times when private carrier is somewhat essential to maintaining social distancing. I also enjoy the affordable and competitive rates.

Shane (sorry I didn’t get his last name) is a great worker. He displayed excellent people-oriented leadership both on the phone and in person when I interacted with him. He more than assisted me in resolving an error another employee may have contributed to; that could have potentially cost me almost twice I reserved the rental.

He also assisted me to extend the rental as I could see that the extra payment was not going to hurt me given the convenience freedom of hassle I would have been receiving keeping the car until my departure.

Continue to train him and treat him well. People will pull towards him and your place of business.

I will most definitely be using Enterprise at NMIA in the future as long as you continue to provide OPTIONS customers can make work for them.

I went with Enterprise when another car rental agency wasn’t as transparent with their cost and options when I went in to complete the start of my online 3rd party transaction. So I’m grateful to Enterprise for giving me more options.

Great customer service with reduced counter interaction due to the pandemic concerns. The vehicle was in great condition and had a notice that it came with an assurance that it was cleaned and safe.
