It was very good delivery

I have ordered a kugoo g booster scooter and got authentic product and the company communicated very well and delivered the product on time and got exactly what it says on the tin

Ordered m4 pro and was refused by service point during delivery. I had to pay for delivery fee and received it after few days. Upon delivery, adaptor for charger was broken and tyre was flat so got it inflated. However, tyre remained flat. Issue was then escalated to them which I got no feedback to resolve the issue.

Hi all never deal with company i applied for the srilanka visa they all missed up my name of the eta now i cannot apply till the eta expires they are a bunch of monkey handing visa on the app without knowing the details and the best part is that are so rude specially this guy who doesnt know from the name whether to address female as sir ............. manan nagda

Nice solid scooter.very pleased with the item.

No response to emails whatsoever said it will be here this week now I have to wait another week when I was tryna get it for my kids 17th

Still not received my scooter it said 2 to 4 days it’s be 6 days still nothing tried calling the number can’t get through to no one emails takes 2 days for reply or no reply at all it’s hard to get help from someone to find out a tracking number or a delivery date

My order has been stuck with the carrier for over a week.
Emailed numerous times to find ot whats going on and had one reply telling me just wait and be patient!
Contact number doesn't work, worst customer service ever!

Never again. The scooter breaks down often and they only send spare parts as if I were some kind of mechanic to replace parts. there is nothing to count on contact with him. It is best not to buy

Service was superb, only a slight issue with DHL delivery schedule. The scooter came in good condition. Easy to set up and was straight away tested in the hood.

The product was amazing but getting any response or communication was poor. Guy on phone very rude. But somehow good

Scooter was delivered in two days,good product and happy with it.seller communication is quick too.

I had an issue with my E-Scooter and Atlyc was very fast to find a solution without any delays, I highly recommend this company you will be very satisfied.

Amazing product!!
Ordered 6pm and arrived 12 am the next day.
The scooter is so well made, even myself and my husband had a secret go (before it went off to Santa of course) and was amazed how safe it felt!

Arrived in good condition only checked to see if was all ok as its an xmas prezzie but sure son will love it when he opens it xmas day

Quick delivery and product appears good after a couple of days. But selling a product in the UK without providing a UK plug lead is ridiculous. The reply was unacceptable "We do not offer UK power plugs with the Kugoo M4 Pro nor can we get hold of those".
Not happy and would not shop with Atlyc again.

Bought an ebike for my sons birthday. Charger broke within 4 days. Tried to contact by phone, email and online form to no avail. More than quick to take your money but zero customer service. Avoid.
