Service was superb, only a slight issue with DHL delivery schedule. The scooter came in good condition. Easy to set up and was straight away tested in the hood.

None of the holes on the handle bars…
None of the holes on the handle bars match up with the frame my back mudguard broke on the second day didn't get a tire wrench with my scooter apart from that it's all good

Ordered two electric scooters
Ordered two electric scooters, AOVO 365 PRO and EZ 6 PRO, first scooter arrived after two days in very clean and undamaged packaging and seems to be in good condition and matched description on the packaging and manual of AOVO 365 PRO, was 84% charged battery and good condition overall, slightly disappointed on actual speed parameters against description as it was out by 5km/pH all the way true speed gears.
Second Scotter arrived after 4 days in weary and mucky packaging, one side of the box was damaged and looked like it was dropped or rammed into something, actual scooter was in good condition, description on the packaging stated EZ 6 instead of EZ 6 PRO, manual doesn't stated model of the scooter at all and didn't had barcode for the app as other scooter in its manual and again slightly disappointed as it was out by 5km/pH on speed all the way true gears against what was stated in the purchase description. Both scootets purchase description also incorect on how far it can travel on full single charge as it was out by 5 miles after traveling all the way on Eco mode until flat batery. Overall I would recommend the product, its great gadget and good present for my sons birthday. As person who paying attention to the details, I would expect physical accuracy of the product against purchase descriptions to avoid peace of mind disappointment and confusion, definitely something that can be improved.
