I bought style dining table from this company. From ordering to delivery was brilliant. Product was delivered within time frame. Always clarified any questions I had. Delivery team informed me an hour before coming and took all the cartons away when done. I have nothing to complain about and will absolutely give them 10/10. And yes, the dining table was stunning just like what was advertised

My rug was not available, so my money was returned according to their returns policy.

Excellent communication, longer delivery time than expected (14 weeks in the end), delivered wrong chairs to begin with (ordered gold legs but delivered chrome), managed to get replacements the following week but communicated really well. Delivery drivers were very careful and inspected the chairs on delivery.

We bought the La Blanca and Elite furniture. Initially we were quite skeptical because of some of the reviews but we’ve had excellent service from start to finish. At the store and throughout eveyone was really friendly esp Arzum, as our furniture was in stock it was delivered up to Manchester within 2-3 weeks. The delivery people were very professional assembled the furniture, something was broken in one of the sets so they came back the following week. We are really happy with both the sets! Keep up the good work guys!

Ordered a rug. Waited 12 weeks it still didn’t arrive. Had to cancel order in the end. Cannot comment on quality of good as it never arrived.
