I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Atmos Funding.
I have completed two payouts with their instant account, and both took an unreasonably long time to process. The payout delays were already frustrating, but the situation has only worsened as the company continues to introduce more restrictive rules alongside slower payment processing.
The customer service is particularly disappointing. One representative, Linh, was especially unhelpful and unprofessional in handling my concerns. On one occasion, I requested assistance to change my MT5 account password. It took approximately six hours for support to resolve the issues, and during that delay, my account was breached. This level of negligence is unacceptable for a trading firm handling clients’ capital and sensitive account access.
Additionally, the questioning of profitable trades felt unreasonable. Why would a trader need to “report” or justify profitable trading activity when operating within the rules?
Overall, this has been one of the worst trading firm experiences I have had, primarily due to poor customer service, delayed payouts, and increasingly restrictive policies. Based on my experience, I would not return.

Worst Propfirm and scammer
i bought 100k 2 step and also 100k instant account, there is an influencer namely SAJID AHMED, i saw their FB group where everyone is posting their payouts and withdrawls , i thought the same that they were genuine, but when i used this, first of all they will try their best where you put your SL they increase your SL 50 pips to 250-300 pips, and when you pass your funded account they deny and terminate your account after 12-15 days , also instant account if you are in profit on daily basis and request withdraw they stop your MT5 and will respond you that you breached our by layering 5 trades, i never open 2 trades same level, but they have different excuses to deny,,, they approve your request if you're influencer or youtuber,, otherwise dont use this ,, you will regret

Your company is a scam! I made USD 2,600 and you made up excuses about “third-party orders” that I have no knowledge of. After that, your support agent informed me that if I did it again, everything would be fine — I have this confirmed by email.
I then opened three 100k Instant Funded accounts, paying USD 1,960, and made USD 898 in profit, which you are now also refusing to pay. On top of that, there are the registration fees — in total, you have stolen nearly USD 9,000 from me!
I will seek the appropriate authorities.

Worst prop firm experience.i am a trader who almost pulled $100k+ from different prop firms but this is the worst case scenario i have ever experienced.
I submitted a withdrawal request of nearly $4,600 on 29 January. After waiting 10 days and sending multiple emails, the firm finally responded—only to deny my payout.
They denied my payout and not only this but also also breached my $200k funded account because I took 1.06% risk per trade.such a shame on prop firm industry.
Support is extremely slow, transparency is lacking, and rules appear to be enforced only when it’s time to pay traders.
It’s disappointing to see influencers promoting this firm purely for affiliate commissions
I would not recommend this firm to any serious trader.There are alot good options.
