driver was not at airport terminal, had to locate him, wasn't Daniel, was someone else, notification was via whatsapp unknown number, all very suspicious, and then the car was a cab anyway - so we could have just walked straight to a taxi and saved 30 mins of frustration. Then driver was v distracted on phone and devices - felt unsafe until we told him to stop

Missing Child Car Seat
I recently booked an airport transfer service with the company and additionally requested a child car seat, for which I paid an extra £5 for the outbound and £5 for the return journey.

However, on the return trip from the hotel to the airport, the car did not have a child car seat as requested and paid for.

The driver is communicative and on time.

Great communication, clean vehicle and friendly driver

I chose this company because they advertise different vehicle classes: Sedans and Vans. I cannot use vans for medical reasons, and I told their support about this multiple times before booking. I even asked them what car I would get in Business Class (advertised as “Mercedes Benz E-Class or Similar”). They assured me that in 99% of cases I would get a premium sedan like Audi A6, Mercedes E-Class, Lexus GS, Tesla S, or BMW 5 Series.

With peace of mind, I booked two transfers a month in advance. And yet, for both bookings, they assigned me a Mercedes Vito — an Economy Van, cheaper and lower tier than the class I paid for. Their excuse: “If no sedan is available, we may upgrade to a van.” For me, this is not an upgrade — it’s a guaranteed way to make me sick for days.

After several days of back-and-forth and repeated assurances that I would get the class I paid for, they admitted: “We do not have any availability for E-Class for the booked dates.” Remember — this was one month in advance. This tells me they don’t actually have the advertised fleet at all, just a bunch of vans.

Extremely unreliable, misleading advertising, and no real control over their vehicle supply.

Driver was there in time the car was spacious and clean, the driver was friendly and helpful. Next time we will use this service again.

Great service

The driver was patiently waiting for us even though we were delayed waiting on our luggage, without asking he stopped off and provided us with ice cold water as it was super hot. He was attentive and helpful with our luggage, a picturesque drive and there on time as stated.

Immigration took more than 1 hour but the driver was waiting and had sent whatsapp message with clear instruction that made it easier.
Also the driver was present 10 minutes before time to pick us from residence to drop us to airport

Great car, comfortable, arrived well in advance, secure car seat for our baby. Couldn't recommend enough.

The company messaged me on the day to confirm the trip was going ahead which I appreciated. I had provided my flight number and my flight was slightly delayed. However, the driver seemed to know nothing about this? Despite the company saying the fee included the driver waiting for up to an hour, the driver was incredibly frustrated about waiting for half an hour, when I had also messaged him multiple times to notify him that I was delayed. Another person then joined my drive and at the end, the driver argued with me about whether I had already paid or not. When I showed him my payment receipt, he said that he had not been paid and so I had to pay him again. In the end, we had to call the company to ask them why they had not paid him. All in all, quite stressful and not enjoyable.

Excellent experience

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and to formally complain about the service provided under order 0MM6H8. Yesterday, upon my arrival at the airport, there was no driver waiting for me. This was not a simple delay — the driver was entirely absent.

Had I not taken the initiative to call your helpdesk, I would have been left without any support. Only thanks to my own efforts was I able to get in touch with the driver and push for a solution. If I had simply waited passively, I would have spent the entire night stranded at the airport.

Given this unacceptable experience, I now demand full assurance that my upcoming transfer — scheduled for next Saturday at 7:00 AM from the Ascos Coral Beach Hotel to the airport (Order NGLBG9) — will be carried out reliably and without issue.

I expect a prompt confirmation.
