Driver was over 30min late
Driver was over 30min late, name on the plate was wrong, no own spotify list what they promised. The driver drove dangerously on the lanes at times, the car was untidy and far from what was described.
We paid more to get a pre-ordered taxi, better service and a car to make it better than uber, unfortunately any other car would have been better than this.

Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service. Bordeaux. We had booked a ride from our accommodation and the driver never showed up. We contacted customer service after 15 minutes and were told he was there and was trying to call us. This was a blatant lie. We tried again to no avail. I asked for drivers number, not given. Asked for his reg. Not given. all done very very slowly on their part and then just casually inform me he has left because we never showed up. we were waiting at reception for him as arranged. Now they tell me he couldn't access reception (bullshit, there was loads of parking there) and was "in the area somewhere". very disappointing experience. zero start would be given if possible. out of pocket 147 euro......

Great service and communication. Was helpful in managing our baggage and finding our accomodations which was a bit hard to find. When travelling with a family, I think this is a great service.

4 people: 2 adults and two kids. We had made the reservation with less than 24 hours from the departure of our flight and they found us a driver just 1 hour before the time we had scheduled. The driver was punctual and serious. Very thankful!

Polite friendly driver. Phoned ahead to ask for directions on our behalf. We were late after flight delay and long passport queues but didn’t matter at all and driver only took 10 mins to find us. Great overall service!
