I love this brand, their jewelries are amazing, I never leave them! I can even go in the shower or in the ocean with them.
I even lost one earrings not long ago and the customer service was kind enough to send me a new one.

Amazing jewellery, so well made and has withstood all activities and even stayed put when I have accidentally grabbed during changing clothes or brushing hair.

I recently ordered 4 items on the buy 2 get 2 free. Unfortunately there were issues with 2 of them - one was a necklace wher the lobster claw clasp failed and the other was a mini pearl ring which snapped. I was initially quite frustrated so contacted the company for help. In less than 8 hours I'd had an email from Antoni offering a replacement for the necklace which was perfect as I loved the product so much, and then a credit note with free shipping for the ring. I was so pleased with this quick resolution and I've already ordered myself something nice with the credit note.

Gorgeous I have about 5 pieces now wear them all the time in and out of water they never tarnish and just look amazing. The customer service term are fabulous I had an issue with an ankle chain it was out of warranty but they sent me a new chain no hesitation, I have never had such good service❤️ saving up now for my next piece to add to the collection.

30 day returns not honoured. They make it hard

It’s been two weeks since I paid, with tracking, to return the wavy bangle that kept falling off due to a faulty clasp. Not my fault but figured it might be easier to ask for a replacement than a refund. Despite chasing the support team I have received no response so I guess, like others, I’m going to have to go through my credit card for a refund. What a disappointment.

while the item i received is good, they themselves i would give a four.5 star, only losing the .5 because they are not true to the size on the website model, they turned out to be much larger than i expected. when i ordered them everything was straight forward, but after a week (whatever their arrival date was had come) i checked the tracking and they had been returned to sender. i didn't get a notification about it or anything, they just didn't come. so i reached out to atolea to figure things out, and they first told me to go to the shipper, which is fine, USPS was very nice and helpful. once i had the email saying that it was not their doing, atolea began helping me. the conversation of getting them reshipped took a full week, because of the time difference i think, but still it was harder because of it. i got them shipped, waited for them to arrive(these were a birthday gift but came way too late because of the return to sender situation). I found them to be bigger than i intended them to be, and so i wasn't sure i wanted to keep them, and i had already gifted something else to said birthday girl. I started the process to exchange them, and after a day or two it was taking too long i just wanted my money back, so after a week of corresponding, (there wasn't that much to be said, it took so long cuz i would respond and they wouldn't respond till the next morning) i finally got them returned, and i was told they would give me instructions on how to return the item, but then the chat was closed and they sent me my money back. so I guess I got a free pair of earrings but it was just so much hassle. i don't think every purchase would have been like this, but i ordered my item april 5 and didn't get this all resolved until may 21.

Love their jewelry! I get so many compliments every time I wear it. It stays looking great even in water and doesn't tarnish or change color. Highly recommend!

Don’t be in a hurry but the jewelry lives up to what is advertised. Holds up well, looks good, no color change. I highly recommend any of their products. I have several different pieces. My only wish is that the ring sizes would go above 9.

Amazing jewellery! Quick delivery even if personalising pieces! NEVER tarnishes! I will only buy jewellery from Atolea from now on! I’d love to see a paperclip charm bracelet added to their collections with clip on dangly charms which you can choose! That would be amazing !!!

I love my necklace, the silver fob style with a pearl but unfortunately would NOT recommend it. Twice now it has come undone whilst wearing it and ended up in my bra area and/ or down around my waist Only a matter of time before I lose it.

My necklace is lovely as is the bracelet I bought my friend.
