Great quality but size

Don’t get me wrong the have great quality stuff but , why is it so small took me over 20 minutes to put on one bracelet. Make it abit longer and I think yous will be great .i would need someone each time I want to put a bracelet on now 😒

It has been 10 business days since…

It has been 10 business days since ordering from them and I have yet to receive any tracking information. I am aware the company is originated in Germany but a working tracking number will help ease my nerves about where my package is.

I just got my order today and I love it. Packaging. 10/10. Thanks for the gift added, I’ll definitely order again. Can’t wait to gift my man the watch next month. So happy.

First: I just want to appreciate the team at ATOLIO VEGAS WATCHES. I messaged them on IG. Explaining that I'm getting a watch for my man as his birthday gift. And I needed help picking the right watch and colour for my man. And they showed me so much love and care respect explain to me in details so I can be able to make a decision for myself. Best customer service ever. I’m always scared to buy something online. But this company has changed my mindset and I’ll definitely order again from them. Quality and Care

After a rocky start, I have to give credit to Atolio Vegas. I did not initially receive my order, and why that is the case will remain a mystery, I am happy to say the issue has been solved. While the customer service response time may not have been the quickest, they did eventually get back with replacement items for what was lost. For that, and the fact these are very high quality items especially considering the cost, I happily update this review to be a well earned 5 stars.

Good customer service!

I recently ordered my son a valor cerulean for Christmas, and on Christmas morning we figured out quickly that the watch in the box was not the one I had ordered. We then contacted the support team at atolio vegas and they told us that they would happily exchange the watch for the one we had ordered. They were very professional during this process and they also included a rope bracelet free of charge that was worth 40€. The watch we originally ordered arrived last week and the quality of the watch is great.

I bought the Silver Zolten watch for my husband and it’s absolutely stunning! Heavy materials, stainless steel, beautiful design, it’s giving Audemars Piguet vibes. So worth it! My husband will definitely buy one more. Regarding customer service , since I bought the watch they failed to send me track nr nor did they email me back when I asked them where the watch is. They emailed me when the watch was delivered to me. Furthermore, the package was not sent through DHL but through a local Greek courier (1 week delivery)

I've recently made my third purchase…

I've recently made my third purchase from Atolio Vegas, and it has truly become my favorite jewelry brand. Each time, I've been impressed by the impeccable quality of their pieces. This time, I decided to surprise my boyfriend with a Valor watch from their new collection, and he absolutely loved it. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the attention to detail is evident in every product.
Additionally, the delivery was incredibly fast, and the customer service team was both friendly and helpful, making the entire shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. I couldn't be happier with my purchases and will definitely be ordering more in the future. Atolio Vegas has earned a loyal customer in me. Highly recommended!

Horrible Customer Service

First let me start by saying I have ordered here last year and everything was fine. This time has been a horrible experience. I placed my order June 14th, then I get a email June 15th saying that the chain I wanted was sold out, and they will replace it with any other chain I want. I replied June 16th with my replacement item… but I already had a tracking number for my package somehow? After getting no reply about my replacement chain, I email them again June 18th, still no reply. I email them again June 19th and finally get a reply saying that my package has shipped already, but they still never confirmed whether or not the chain was replaced. After replying to that email, 2 more times, I still have not received a reply confirming my order. The customer service is HORRIBLE! Keep that in mind if you order from here. It may not be worth the headache if anything goes wrong with your package. Be prepared to wait days without a reply. They only communicate through email.
