Can't access emails since last week. It says incorrect password or username even when I use the seed and disable VPN. Why do i even need to disable VPN like the other review said, like it's a honeypot or shady company?

This has been the worst email service experience I’ve ever had.

I barely receive any emails from sites, and the emails I send frequently fail to reach their recipients.
Because of these issues, I will most likely face financial losses - my fault for trusting this email provider with anything involving money.

The service is practically unusable.

Verification codes suddenly stopped arriving on my address yesterday (worked fine before). Support replied within minutes, stayed super responsive and are actively fixing it. Issue not 100% solved yet for my specific address, but their speed and helpfulness are top-notch. Really appreciate the fast support! Thank you.

Below the first review I made to Atomicmail and I receive the answer below very quick and was true. I don't give a 5 stars due this downtime, but if this is not happening with frequency surely I will edit the rating.

When I tried to access (disabled VPN), it says wrong password. Even when I'm sure I used the correct, I tried to recover it using Seed Phrase, wich I have saved in a secure file. When I used it it says incorrect username. If I try to create a new account with same username it says it already exist.

With this behavior, atomicmail is not trustable for a usable email.

I wrote an e-mail to support 7 days ago, haven't recieved any answers. At least write back to your customers with a macro or something. Why do you have a support if you don't even answer to our questions. Useless.

Can't reset my password with the provided seed phrase no matter how much I try. Seed phrase is correct. Email just shut down and password stopped working, can't change it. Seed phrase does not change the password, even though it SAYS it does, the new password NEVER works. Sent support emails no response. Bad service. Watch out. EDIT: Yes, I turned off the VPN completely and it still wouldn't reset, it says it resets, it says the pass reset was successful, then I enter the username and next screen new password doesn't work. Over and over. Seed phrase appears to be correct, no errors when entered.

Useless. After 2 weeks my mail account was blank. Logged in and changed into ‘user’ instead the created mail adres. All the emails & alliassen were gone, no acces to my registred email adress. Lost all my accounts connected to this email adres just for normal daily use. Even with the saved seedphrase file unable to gain back acces. After seedphrase enter. Unable to click submit on changing password. Watch out before you lose everything connected to your mail account. Clearly they can not deliver what they are selling.

Great proton alternative. Looking forward for their development

Somebody is either asleep or just doesn't care. I haven't received ANY of my website verification emails.
For the entire first week I've been signed up for an entire week now and NOTHING.

Been using it for a month and can say that this is a best alternative to Proton and Gmail.

Whole my team at work switched from Gmail to Atomic Mail to keep crucial business details within our company, The flight is normal.
