The wallet itself needs a huge upgrade and is also very inconsistent with how it functions through usage. The staking is also pretty wonky and needs updating. Being a user of this wallet since 2020, I... See more

Beware of fraudulent wallet
After swapping Bitcoin to BabyDoge, my assets disappeared from my wallet. The balance was still showing, but the assets were gone, making it impossible to withdraw, send or make other swaps.
I sent an amount in Bitcoin and it never arrived at the brokerage.
I have been scammed several times with this atomic wallet.
I do not recommend it to anyone. They disappear with your cryptocurrencies and the support team says that there is no one holding the assets at the moment.
The owner of the wallet is disappearing with the assets.
Report it: atomic wallet is fraudulent and a scammer.
Atomic wallet is a scam.

I bought 2 ETH coins and when I transferred them to another platform I only received £1.00!? I was told that I would receive the full amount and that was 3 weeks ago and I have not heard anything back even with my daily messages asking for a response. I wish I had read the reviews before.

Do not go anywhere near this wallet. Everytime l try to withdraw there's a problem, Not just withdrawal but also swapping within the wallet, regardless of updates, operating systems or whatever bs excuses they come up with. l also use Exodus and have never had a single issue. How it is possible to create a wallet this unuseable l just don't know, unless it is intended to prevent you from accesses your crypto. Canned responses from support. You have been warned!!

This company ripped me off for a large sum of money! They kept asking me for fees and when I sent them the money they would say they needed another $200, and then another $500 and it never ended. They’re unprofessional, they are basically illiterate because their emails are unintelligible And I would steer anyone away from this company because you’re likely to lose all your money.

I used this wallet since 5 years, and during almost all this time, just sole technical issues sometimes. But now, in a few months, I've suffered 4 robberies.
Let's say that the first I've been unlucky, the second due by my ignorance on ETH Blockchain system, and the third due to a forgotten mistake of mine of 1 year before. So we can see that in this three cases, this wallet has no responsibility on my loss of funds. But the problem is the fourth case, because the 12-words phrase I set completely cold, with no internet connection and typing them just on paper, then it should be impossible that somebody could use, but somebody did, because this enterprise is leaked and corrupted inside. They have some corrupted technician who's able to reveal the 12 words or the single keys to an external hacker; they always starts to steal Cardano, and just sole hours later quicky steal all the other currencies. Useless they say that's not possible, because they aren't open source and any account created has a code. The pattern is: 1. Cardano is unsafest crypto, they made disasters with keys locking funds for months and they likely have algoritmic ways to guess other private keys starting from a previous one stolen; 2. Cardano hacker knows, threats or corrupt some deep technicians of Atomic wallet, who's able, through the cardano keys to arrive to the software code, and seeing all the rest.
Forced to leave forever and just hope FBI before or later put you in jail and confiscate this wallet, as there are other people with the wallet emptied

Crypto taken from my account after I was made to deposit Eth to get it out for a deposit, I emailed them and they said there is nothing they can do. I definitely haven't sent my login details to anyone or my phrase. They were hacked so I think they just lie and don't tell people that's what has happened.

I currently had some funds in my atomic wallet which i created recently. To withdraw, it does not accept any BTC address's like binance or coinjar. The agent asked for a bank details which i provided. Now he is asking for a $150 fee in order to transfer the rest of the funds. Is it legit.
i emailed atomic support, but there is no response since yesterday.

The site is very easy to navigate. Transactions are done fast and very easy too.

An absolute scam! Beware as they would ask you to purchase more or extra ETH to be able to withraw from your own account. Never heard of this type of ttansaction and I have always had smooth transactions with other wallets and platforms without any hassles.

I wanted to withdraw some of my funds from my Atomic wallet. However, I was informed that I need to deposit 0.25% first before I can withdraw. Can you please confirm?
