The wallet itself needs a huge upgrade and is also very inconsistent with how it functions through usage. The staking is also pretty wonky and needs updating. Being a user of this wallet since 2020, I... See more

I lost $700 worth of bitcoin to these people. Deposited the bitcoin to my wallet and less than 10 minutes later my balance mysteriously went to zero and the funds had been transferred out of my wallet. I searched online and multiple other people reported experiencing the same issue that same day. From research I found out they had a massive hack back in June of 2023 as well. Atomic deletes any comments related to losing money on their social media and bans the poster. They want to make sure people stay unaware of what's going on so they can keep stealing people's money. Their official position is all of the thousands of people who got their funds stolen simultaneously must have given their seed phrase to a hacker, because they don't want to admit to the security vulnerabilities in their wallets. These people are scumbags.

It was my first attempt at using the exchange facility, and it went smoothly. I am relieved.

Steals your money by working with scammers... and will not resond to emails. UPDATE: They continued to miss emails requesting how my account got compromised, the only info they could offer was: Atomic Wallet is non-custodial and that They only needed your public BTC address (which isn't secret) to send those worthless tokens to your wallet Neither of which tells me how they removed my legit funds. And if the app was compromised from the beginning then This is still a scam

I have seen this written a few times so I now know it is not something I am overlooking. I'd like to put it out there so that someone else doesn't fall into the same fraud trap and get scammed by these low life pieces of human garbage.
I got a refund from a crypto payment and it was in a coin my exchange and wallet didn't support so I was quickly searching for a wallet that I could dump it into and swap it before putting it back in my actual legit wallet. I found AW and for whatever reason downloaded it. As soon as I opened it I was suspicious but whatever it seemed to be fine. Well the first sign of trouble was that it took 3 days for the funds to show up. So I contacted the "support" and asked them to investigate. They told me the money was not on the blockchain. So I gave up and thought well whatever. Then 3 days go by and I get an email from the company that was refunding my crypto and it said my transaction was complete. So I open up the wallet after reinstalling it and what do you know the 200 bucks is in there! It took me a minute to find out how to work the seriously lackluster interface...and I got to the swap option...So I attempted to swap it out for BTC and wouldn't you know it....i need to have an additional x amount of money. Ok so I try to swap HALF OF IT. The same message with the same exact fee is still hanging there in red. So I push the button to contact support, thinking that this must be a common problem and I need to set something up or turn on a feature, nope. I get an auto message back saying that They apologise for the inconvenience but this service is unavailable right now...ok..After a few more notes back and forth with "support" I started to finally accept that this whole thing was a total scam and I wasn't going to get my money back, but I thought maybe if I add the amount they're requesting for the fee it will help...so I take out my card and attempt to process it and thank God it gets declined for suspicious activity. Which was a life saver. Not only would it have just taken my money but the minimum payment was fifty dollars!!!!!
So long story short, whoever is behind this wallet will get theirs. Im not worried about that.
Theyre gonna run a cover on this probably explaining it away,,,,and placing the blame back on me and making me look stupid. But you know what? Theres more to life than money and the anxiety it causes. It sucks to see so many people lost so much money. But if you're reading this don't go anywhere near these vermin. They WILL SCAM YOU. THEN SEND YOU PICTURES OF THEIR SMILING FACES.

Lost 30 000 xrp on this platform now worth over 60 000 dollars 2 years ago and they have done nothing about it. They were supposedly hacked for 30 plus million over a period of more than a week but never alerted any of their customers it was happening. My monry was taken out about a week after the hack started so they had plenty time to alert customers or find out how they were getting hacked day after day.
I had something like 29900 xrp in my account and they left 29 in my account plus some fractions so when look at account it still looked like 29k, anyway I left the account open with the 29 in it in case there was a way of tracing where the crypto went . I recently tried to log in to the account but my password is and log in are no longer working. I came across my 12 word reovery phrase and on entering this it comes up as incompatible memonic phrase so this platform is just trying to sweep all their past disasters under the carpet.
My life savings down the drain here...

I had $400 stolen from this wallet. Ive never shared my private key or phrase with anyone so it’s impossible that it was my fault the funds were stolen. The wallet that took my funds has over 200k in it. Its obviously a inside job. Its a shame becuase ive been with atomic and ive ran a million dollars worth of bitcoin through it only to be scammed by some greedy sob from atomic. Needless to say ill never use this grimey pos wallet again. i suggest u stay away as well.
