I bought a coat on Atom Oracle which arrived in a completely torn plastic bag. Because the package was ripped in several places and taped back by the courrier, the coat inside had stains and the quality of the material was not what I expected. I wrote to return the coat but received no reply after multiple requests. I had to then raise a dispute with Paypal and was contacted. I was offered a full refund and told I did not need to retun the coat. The dispute was then closed but not only did I not receive the refund I was promised, my emails are now being ignored. This is a scam and I am taking legal support. Please beware before purchasing!
