I did not feel like a customer in contact with the shop, any assistance was declined and I am left paying for an item which I canceled.

What an amazing company! James could not have done any more for us. We received exemplary customer service and were regularly kept updated on our order. The turnaround time from ordering was extremely fast and quality of our sofas is amazing.

We highly recommend ATP Upholstery! Support a local UK company who are clearly proud of their business, their skilled trade and craftsmanship.

I do have a really bad experience with that company. I bought the sofa and in a week my sofa does not fold out. I call someone and they been rude on phone trying blaming me for mechanical issues. Someone came to fix and it happened again. I emailed to company someone come back in two days a promise to bring new sofa. I was waiting all week no call no email. I email them again and ask for full refund. Really poor and bad costume service.

After searching ages for a sofa and having no luck I decided that designing my own was probably best. I came across Atp on Instagram and they made the sofa of my dreams! Their new workshop is beautiful and was great to see all the fabric options etc. They were so accommodating and made any request possible! They were very thorough with communicating, triple checking they had the correct colours, materials and dimensions. I Am absolutely thrilled with my sofa and footstool thank you!

Loved buying my sofa from this team & supporting a small business. The whole process was great, designed my own bespoke sofa from a couple of their designs and bespoke measurements and fabric choices. Communication, delivery and after care all fantastic and the product itself is amazing. Always gets complimented! Thank you ATP!

I asked Aged to Perfection Upholstery to make my settee to a bespoke size and they did a perfect job. The settee is really good quality and the service was 5 star. Highly recommend them if you're thinking of buying a new settee.

The Guys at ATP couldn't have been more helpful. We designed a very large C-Shape sofa to fit beautifully in our newly decorated lounge. The finished product was outstanding. Made to measure bespoke furniture so much more satisfying than the usual retail park stuff. The owners came to fit the sofa themselves as we all enjoyed the collaboration so much. Highly recommended.
