Kara the customer service person is the best one out there. I had bit of difficulty getting the parcel collected at first but once Kara took over, it really went smoothly. Thanks again Kara for you... See more

Excellent Customer Service
Ana R. resolved my issue immediately and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for the great customer service!
I am so happy that David was able to resolve…my problem promptly.
I am so happy that David was able to resolve my issue and actually rang back to give me feedback. After 3 phone calls from me he actually took the time to listen and be pro active. Great work David.
This company is a complete fraud
This company is a complete fraud. They are simply taking money and they do not collect the parcels. You ring back and they say they have no responsibility as they are just a third party. You wait weeks to get a refund. 9 days and several phone calls and still the parcels not collected. Extremely rude on the phone. Tell you you must wait until 5pm to call back when they havent been collected and then their office is shut. Worst service I have ever seen.
I have been using interparcel for…
I have been using interparcel for years. We had an issue with a non collection. Instead of just being a robot, like you get so often these days. David actually listened and understood the issue we had. He then fixed it. Instead of being one of those frustrating phones calls you often get with large organisations, he actually listened and fixed the issue. Thank you David! Hard to get staff like you in Australia these days. Thank you again
Effective in getting best price
Once we understood the sytem it has worked very well in sending parcels quickly & efficientky at the best possible price. Thye respond to phone calls with people who understand our issues. The down side is the fact that they dont produce a monthly invoice& therefore reconciling the figures each month is time consuming
InterParcel are a law unto themselves
InterParcel are a law unto themselves. They are happy to take your money for additional insurance coverage, then make it impossible to claim. Unable to complain via the courier directly as InterParcel will not provide their account details. Cannot lodge a complaint with the Postal Industry Ombudsman as they are not members. Dodgy.
I am over these clowns
I am over these clowns. I have been using them for at least 5 years and their service is getting worse. You book a pickup and the package doesn't get picked up. You then have to rebook which is usually 2 days later because when you find out it has not been picked up its after 5.00pm and they have closed for the day. You can only get it picked up the day after you book. Your customers then have to go to the depot to pick up their order after contacting you many times trying to find out where their order is. They then blame the courier company they offer a service from and tell you not to book with them next time, book another courier instead. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THERE ARE MANY OTHER COURIERS WHO WANT YOUR BUSINESS
Frustrating company to deal with as…
Frustrating company to deal with as pick ups unreliable. After two days, still asked to wait with no timeframes.
Disappointed
My experience with Interparcel has been very disappointing.
One shipment did not move for almost two weeks, and I had to repeatedly contact customer service to get updates, there was no proactive communication and I still don't know where it's at.
On another order, the address clearly stated a PO Box, yet the system allowed me to book with Aramex, who does not deliver to PO Boxes. The parcel will be returned to me, and I was charged both the original freight and the return fee.
Customers shouldn’t be penalised for carrier limitations that should have been flagged at booking stage.
Dodgy practices by courier company
Dodgy practices by courier company. I have photos showing the cartons, measurements and accurate weight for three identical cartons to the same customer.
How does this happen again using TNT Fedex.
A recent FedEx Domestic Road Express B2C shipment that you sent to Australia has incurred additional charges.
You declared your FedEx Domestic Road Express B2C shipment with the following details:
Parcel 1: 9.6 kg - 59cm x 43cm x 14cm
Parcel 2: 9.6 kg - 59cm x 43cm x 14cm
Parcel 3: 9.6 kg - 59cm x 43cm x 14cm
However the carrier has notified us that the actual weight and dimensions are:
Parcel 1: 9.85 kg - 60cm x 43cm x 13cm
Parcel 2: 9.90 kg - 60cm x 43cm x 14cm
Parcel 3: 10.0 kg - 60cm x 43cm x 13cm
As a result, an invoice for $80.84 has been issued. This includes a processing fee of $11.00, which will be waived if you pay within 7 days. We completely understand that unexpected charges can be frustrating - we feel the same. This fee covers additional costs passed on to us by the courier for your shipment.
If you believe this is incorrect, reply within 14 days with evidence so a dispute can be raised with the carrier.
Click below to view and pay this invoice online - we accept Credit/Debit Card and PayPal.
At Interparcel, we aim to keep shipping simple, transparent, and fair. When parcel details are accurate, the price shown at checkout is usually the final cost. Occasionally, however, additional charges may apply based on information provided by the courier.
Thanks for your continued support.

Don't expect fast service
Don't expect fast service, both in delivery and chatting with a represenative. Took 20 minutes for a reply, then 5-10 minutes after each response, I disturbed their extended break.
Delivery not yet made, supposed to be 1-2 business days after duties and taxes paid, that was on the 15th February I paid, on the 16th, they wanted payment again, so it's been sitting in a ware house waiting for the bribery money to come through. Today's the 18th, not delivered, think i have to pay more than the products sent for it to be delivered. Don't trust them
Hopeless 3 x deliverys booked
Hopeless 3 x deliverys booked, one sat at depot for 7 days and not out for delivery until customer chased it, the chat service is so slow to respond yet they give you 2 minutes to respond to them or they close the window like we dont have anything else to do but wait on them to provide us a service we pay for, Latest one was not even picked up? do you think they refund as fast as they take our money? NO...
Incredibly inefficient and useless
I don't understand how they are so cheap with how inefficient they are. Completely useless at both delivery and sending.
If the courier misses delivery.. you receive no notification and your parcel disappears into the abyss. You can't contact the courier as there is no tracking number recognised by the courier, so you contact Interparcel who pretend to be shocked and their only solution is to raise an enquiry for you which can take a number of days to receive a reply for.
If the courier misses collection.. you receive no notification. You might receive a call from a random number who will not leave a message. You have to manually contact Interparcel to rebook a new collection date.. just apalling.
The best customer service I came across…
The best customer service I came across in 38 years in business.
Terrible company.
Terrible company.
This is the only freight provider I’ve dealt with that regularly issues revised freight charges after shipping. In most cases I’ve just paid them, but this time the increase was significant. They arbitrarily changed the shipping size from 160 cm to 180 cm.
Fortunately, I had photos of the item prior to shipping that clearly showed the correct dimensions. I provided this evidence, but they advised that the charges would remain regardless.
I’ve since switched to Fast Courier and haven’t had a single issue. I’d strongly recommend making the change.
No accountability, no resolution, no support
No accountability, no resolution, no support
We contacted Interparcel the same day an issue was identified with a shipment. The parcels were never sent, and we supplied proof that the shipping labels were unused and still in our possession.
Despite this, Interparcel advised the consignment could not be located and then refused to proceed with a claim, citing ATL terms. This makes no sense when the parcels were never dispatched or collected.
We spend a significant amount of money for our business with Interparcel and continue to do so, yet received no real help, no fair investigation, and no reasonable resolution. The matter has been left entirely unresolved, with Interparcel making it impossible to close in a way that is acceptable.
For a business that relies heavily on shipping services, this lack of accountability and customer support is incredibly disappointing.

Lavinia was fast and straight to the best option to help me.
Tania was excellent
Tania was excellent but I should have had a reply email from the tracking team to advise the parcel had been found and was scheduled for delivery the next Monday. There was no follow up from the tracking team and that would have provided an excellent customer service experience for me.
Lavinia
Lavinia was very helpful as this is my very first time experiences with interparcel booking.
