Bought Immortelle Divine eye cream yesterday and woke up today with one eye swollen shut and the other red and rashy. Have taken a photo and emailed L'Occitane as I expect a refund. Never had this issue before and have used their face creams previously with no issues. This eye cream does have a strong fragrance and it did cause me to pause-but I thought 'it's L'Occitane'.
Five days to despatch, still not responded to my emails after a few days. First and last order with them, not yet received will be a week by the time I’ll receive it.

I was not only impressed by loccitanes products but also by their concern for the environment. For a long time in Australia they have given a 10% discount when you returned an empty container and bought a replacement product. This made them almost unique among retailers. Now they’ve cancelled that policy and raised their prices, profits above the environment apparently. Time to look for a new facecream
