It took nearly three weeks for me to receive the purchase. I am not so impressed as the item arrived in substandard packaging which does not appear to be in its original, factory sealed packaging of brand new products.

had a good experience with Perfumes Club. I contacted them regarding my shipping and they were very helpful, replying with a tracking link so I could follow my order. Shipping took a little longer than expected, but my order did arrive and I was happy with the products once they came. Overall, good service and I would order again.

I reported a faulty product after receiving it, and the customer service refused to provide proof of authenticity despite I requested.
Organizational and customer service culture is total negligence of customer concerns, with only slow email response and no contact phone at all. Only one person not sure whether it's AI or not is present, and this person claims the negligence of customer requirements or concerns is backed up by management so he or she is the last point of contact.
I doubt whether this is a scam company. No quality assurance and profit from selling fake products and ignore customer reports.

Placed an 6 December and have received nothing since - no item, no tracking number, and no response to a support ticket raised through the website.
The complete absence of communication after taking payment is extremely concerning and gives the impression of scam-like behaviour. I would strongly caution others against ordering unless the seller can demonstrate reliable delivery and customer support.

Ordered on 21st June. Their tracking system showed "confirmed" (not dispatched) for 15 days. When I complained on 6th July, they suddenly claimed it shipped on 23rd June - with NO explanation for why their system was wrong for two weeks.
Instead of apologising or investigating their tracking failure, they sent me forms to complete declaring the item "lost" - making their system problem MY responsibility to solve.
Issues:
- Zero accountability for their mistakes
- Poor customer service that deflects blame
Warning: Don't trust their tracking system. If there are issues, expect to be blamed rather than helped.
Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.
