Took my money & never delivered my order
I was robbed! Terrible customer service. Paid $200 and never received my order, the package was returned to sender and I never received my refund either. The customer service said because it had been 2 weeks past delivery date they couldn’t help me, when it took over 2 weeks for the package to be delivered. Total scam
Positive experience
I have now ordered 3 times from this company and I have to say I am very impressed by the speed of their delivery ( I live in Australia and it was 1 week ). I received constant updates of my packing and delivery. All my items have been perfect and I have nothing to fault. I read a lot of reviews and I was hesitant to purchase but after my positive experiences I am happy to recommend them.

Very bad experience. I've been waiting for one month Still haven't received my parcel despite the delivery website stating it was delivered two weeks ago. The perfume's club refuses to refund my money.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I waited For 6 weeks delivery and then was missing an item. I emailed them and was told unless I had a photo of the box that they wouldn’t refund or resend the item. I cannot believe this lack of customer regard. Do not buy from this disreputable company!
After almost 2 weeks waiting
After almost 2 weeks waiting, my order got "DESTROYED Arriv– Item not allowed (X-ray) and rejected". I got money back but the time I lost on waiting and following up, it just wasn't worth it. Not a reliable website to order from if you're in Australia.

I’m sorry to say my experience has been so poor I have had to write a negative review. After purchasing a few hundred dollars of items and waiting 3 weeks without a delivery I reached out to find that my items were sitting in Paris. I was told that due to international delays my items may take a few more days. 3 weeks later and they are in the Netherlands. The company has very poor response rates and the customer service is lacking. Spend money elsewhere, this company doesn’t care about the customer
EDIT: It’s 2 months since my order was placed and nothing yet. I raised a query with PayPal and the company responded with lies again and again. Stay away from this company.

Do not order from Perfume´s Club in Australia. This company is based on a Spanish island and the below 3 reviews are ones that are requested by the seller. They are not a reputable company to buy from. Once you have ordered it is only after you check your bank statement it shows its based in Mallorca and their order now read due to our systems once you have placed your order and paid we are unable to cancel it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Didn’t get my products on time!!
Didn’t get my products on time!!! More the a month!!! I had to chase my products with a few emails and paperwork that I was asked to fill out before any any investigation to where they where.
Fantastic support
Unfortunately the items I ordered turned up damaged.
This obviously was out of control of the vendor, but to their credit they resolved the issue literally within the hour, to my total satisfaction.
Despite the hiccup, I'm impressed by their service and will certainly order from them again!
Highly recommend buying from them as they have proven to stand by what they sell you!
