What a fizzle

What a fizzle. There should be a list of items needed to complete the whole thing. (This won’t change the surprise of the daily activity) having to continue to head out in the busy season, became tedious and unrealistic for our family make up.

Where is my order? Finally received it.

I made an order on the 5th of December 2023, and never received it. The adventure challenge nor the courier company can tell me where it is or what is happening with it.

Such a shame as I received this as a gift a couple of years ago and they had no issue ordering or receiving.

Had such high hopes.

10th of January 2024.
Finally received a replacement order after the last one went missing.

Was hard to get a hold of someone at the Adventure challenge and went days without any communication on what was happening. Despite trying several different avenues.

But we got there in the end. Process could’ve been a lot easier though without having to deal with the robot chat that is called “customer service” and potentially a representative to talk to in Australia and not having to wait until early hours of the morning for a reply from someone in the USA.

Have not received items ordered… still

Have not received items ordered… still! Upon contacting company I was told packages get lost all the time! I was told my case would be escalated and someone higher up would contact me.. nothing. Get a new courier.. don’t lead customers on.. advertise delays! 100% Would NOT recommend.

Great present for a couple.

Extremely fast delivery. High quality and my daughters and niece absolutely loved these as I bought them for gifts for Christmas. Their partners were just as impressed as I bought the couples edition.

I have not recieved my order in time…

I have not recieved my order in time for Christmas despite ordering well in advance. The courier service says they recieved it but it is sitting in processing and are not responding to email and cannot get through on the phone. Very disappointed with courier service.

Product took a month to ship with no…

Product took a month to ship with no notice of delays from adventure challenge or their shipping supplier. When I contacted support after a few weeks they said they would escalate and never responded to me

Still waiting…

It has been over three weeks and I am still waiting for the order to arrive or to even receive a tracking link, despite two separate email requests. Although, ironically, I have received tonnes of marketing emails in that time. It is unlikely the order will arrive in time for Christmas - it was a supposed to be a gift.
Pretty unimpressed with the customer service thus far. I would suggest the company invest a bit more into after sales support rather than slick marketing.

Horrible

They guaranteed delivery before Christmas if ordered before 15th December. I ordered 12th December and it has not arrived in time. The courier company has a 1 star out of almost 2 thousand reviews on google but they still use this company which unfortunately is uncontactble and no one seems to have any idea where my delivery is.

Don't get the camera!

I ordered the couples adventure challenge bundle for my girlfriend, and the camera's ejection system broke after the first 8 photos. Definitely do not recommend getting the camera as there are so many other people that say the lumo instant has a poor design.
